Room could be improved by providing larger desk and chair. Hot water flow in the shower was not stable and not warm enough.

the road to go up, its very narrow and only one vehicle can go up, if there are two vehicle to go up and to go down, it will be a trouble. My vehicle stuck at the mud because we are trying to give way to other vehicle and sadly our car cant move because the mud is slippery and we have to call the staff to push our car. it is the first time we are there, and we dont know that the road cant have two or more vehicles at once . so the staff give us walkie talkie , everything is nice it is just the journey along the road to reach the hotel is bad.

Water pressure Lagging wifi Use of walkie-talkie. We called in 2x, but no one answered. In the end, we have to take the risk of going up the slop without knowing if there will be any guests going downhill. The road leading to the hotel is narrow and bumpy.

Quiet location. Not near to other rented homes. Thus, some peace and quiet. Cleanliness of room and bathroom is acceptable. Judging by the cool climate and hardly any sun, it's very thoughtful of the owners to give us 2 towels each.

The road heading up to the hotel was treacherous. It is not a tar road with many potholes and dips throughout. Since the road is narrow and can only accomodate 1 car per time, you need to use a walkie talkie to contact the reception before you want to journey from the main road to the hotel. Bathroom had no handwash or shower curtain. Note: there is no view of Mount Kinabalu from this hotel.

Tranquil surroundings, with birds chirping and stargazing at night. The room was overall okay, though basic. No TV available since this is supposed to be a meditation retreat, but board games were available for rent from the reception. Ample tea bags and coffee provided in the room with sugar as well.

There is limited parking space and the parking space is also cramped. Also, I thought there would be TVs, but no TV available for my room 😂 It is okay though, no worries.

I like that the area is quiet, and apart from having a kettle inside the room, there is also additional water cooler provided outside the room.

No WIFI anywhere but the lobby and even there it doesn't work half the time and when it does it is poor, they should not be advertising as having free WIFI realistically if it is anywhere but the room. Bare in mind the lobby is a separate building right at the bottom of the complex that is nowhere near nay of the rooms and is open air so exposes you to mosquitos and has no desks you can work at. Another peev of mine is that they advertise air-conditioning when in reality it is just a ceiling fan which is not the same thing, thankfully it did just a good enough job but it was noisy and were it any warmer it would be too hot. No one offered to help with my bags on arrival and there was no toilet paper stocked into my room and a pube on the bathroom floor. There is also no room safe nor fridge both of which would be appreciated.

The location is pristine, the restaurant set menu is decent enough and good that it's on site. The room was very spacious and had a great balcony. The bed was comfy and I slept very well and the shower had a nice variable temperature and the gardens with the view make for a gorgeous place. Parking is decent although the road down the hill is rough.

The access from main road to the villa abit scary. Need some upgrade on the holes, bumpy and uneven surface. Please cut the grass on the middle road too.

My stay here was amazing. Will definitely come again. The receptionist staff very helpful and serve us with joyful smile all the time. We felt so welcome to stay here. We can rent a bbq set as well!

The location. It's quite high & the road to the place is narrow so you have to be careful when you drive up there. And also, they don't have proper ventilation inside the toilet so the air & the smells trapped inside, at least you have an exhaust fan inside there.

Extreme uphills, suggest good driving experience to drive. Water heater not stable. Wifi provided but the that fast & stable, need proceed to login every time. Don't have a good place for chill out with friends. Only a few table & chair. The place is too quiet, you will worry about disturbing other. Overall, it's good value for your pocket 👍

Need to climb up a steep hill to go to the place, quite inconvenient and hassle when somebody else is going down.

Very nice reception desk. They handed a walkie talkie for each room for comms after 10pm cause they close the gate for security purposes. We didnt really need it cause nothing to stay up late for anyway.

To enter to the hotel there was a problem the entrance were very bad because it was going uphill and it was single road only and very dark .no street lighting .most people I met all saying that the road were very dangerous.
