There's plenty of young people. Georgetown is a very lively city at night so I had a little disconfort with the washing machines. Cause it it just one per floor, you have to share it and some young guys were not as respectful as they should. But it didn't spoiled my time there.

Rooms are cozy, new and you can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime on TV. Toilets are shared but plenty of space in each cabinet to leave ur clothes and have ur shower. Also has a washing machine and a dryer machine to use after pay a little fee in reception. They provide you the soap so don't be like us and buy them... We have an electric issue in the building one night but nothing you can do about it. So I don't count it as something negative. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The showers were a little bit dirty but it's understandable as there's lot of people using them daily. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs as there is loud music coming from the bar next door.

Great facilities and a very comfortable private room. Central location, close to restaurants and main attractions in the old town. friendly and helpful staff.

Located Chulia street , really near to go anywhere especially the bus station, food,caffe and bar. But if you sensitive to noises I would not recommend. The staff really kind and helpful. The room was clean, have Netflix. They provide refrigerator, Microwave, and water dispenser for share. The bathroom also very clean.

Sometimes Wifi can't be connected. Beside the building is a bar/nightclub which make some noises during midnight.

Overall aesthetic and comfort. Facilities is good for solo travellers.

The room is on the ground floor and near the reception plus the relaxing area at the back. so expect people to make some noises and the noise can still be heard from inside the room. Luckyly during my stay all the guest are super nice so they do not make any noise after 10p.m.

The room is really clean and neat. The aircon is perfect. The bathroom is huge i think they can reduce the size of the bathroom to get a bigger room. Location is just right. near all the food stall that you need to try. and there are bus stop near the hotel. so it is easy to get places in penang.

The shared bathrooms were like saunas, zero air flow, you are already sweating before you get out of the shower which makes getting dressed really difficult. They are also in desperate need of a deep clean, and then a daily clean every day, neither seem to have happened for a while. Some minor repairs and cleaning around the premises would go a long way, scuffs and chipped or peeling paint everywhere really detracts from the feel and would be quick to fix.

The rooms are great value for money, modern, the beds are super comfy and the air conditioner works almost too well. The location is unbeatable and everything is walkable. Staff are very friendly. Alot of other reviews complain about the noise from the bar next door, I stayed 7 nights in total, Monday to Thursday (on the 3rd floor) I didn't hear a thing, Friday to Sunday it was almost unbearable, not so much the noise but the bass which vibrates your insides.

Body wash keeps depleting very fast and I had to inform them to refill.

Location is great. Conveniently accessible to transportation and restaurants. Hotel has a laundry service that you can pay for $10 (you will get a bottle of detergent and a bottle of softener). The room is clean and soothing.

I feel vibration from near bar 1am to 3am. It's so annoying and disturb me.

Staffs are so friendly. Very good location. Very comfortable mattress and pillow. Clean toilet and shower room. The smart TV can watch youtube and netflix. They provide water dispenser.

Only down fall was the loud music which we was told about on arrival just didn't expect it to be so loud.

The music from the club is loud every night so if you have a light sleep, good luck. The bathrooms could have been a bit more clean. Never saw anyone cleaning in 4 days. Rooms have no windows.

Rooms are modern, clean and with Netflix and TV. Good wifi. Good location as you're very close to bars, and restaurants. You can use the washing machine and dryer.

I never spotted it on the map, but there seems to be a rock(/metal?) bar nearby. That, or a neighbour is practicing his drum skills ... Until three in the morning.
