Nothing much to do in hotel, no facilities and staff didn't know there is toothbrush in hotel when we asked for it. We find out about it ourselves.

The hot water for the bath only filled half of the tub, so I couldn't soak in the tub.

The room is quiet and comfortable, and the bath is convenient. The parking lot is right next door to the hotel, so please pay attention to the roadside signs.

The parking space needs some maintenance. Soil is weak at the car park area and perhaps instructed to direct new guest to park their car at the designated spot before checking in.

The bathtub is huge, and the bed is comfortable. The room is clean and all amenities are provided such as a hair dryer. The shampoo and body shampoo are also my favorite

Aircon is abit noisy

The hotel room is exceptional is many expects: interior design, super clean, nice smell, good tea, etc. We got a lucky free upgrade to king suite room, a spacious room with big bathtub and cozy sofa corner for breakfast and teatime. One of the best hotel that we’ve visit this year.

Parking is limited inside the premise, but there are spaces just outside the entrance. I wish they include the Spa details in the room itself

Upon arriving, you will be welcome with scent of lemongrass which is very soothing. The room is good enough for couple. Loving the bed and pillow, very comfy. All standard room facilities are provided. The bathtub are wide and not slippery. Shower gel and shampoo smells great. We did not take breakfast at hotel, so no comment on that. Location is nearby Melaka Raya (by car). Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.

One of our memorable stay for family trip to Melaka which we have been doing for the last few years. The "Guest House" was a pleasant surprise despite the initial impression from the outside. Tucked between 'condominium' blocks in Ujong Pasir, a bit further from China Town @Jonkers, My better half wasn't too impressed when we parked under some trees outside the compound. But as soon as we enter the spa areas, and the fresh lemongrass wafting through the air, we then knew that we're into something special 🙂 To be continued 😁

The parking is limited close to the property. If the space is full, cars need to be parked in another property lot. The big bath tub, although it is a good addition in the bathroom, needs special care to keep it clean.

The design was soothing and the entire place has that calming effect because it is clean, spacious and bright. There is a restaurant that serves green foods and an aromatherapy centre with massage services. It was a perfect stay.

Sound proofing is very bad. We could hear the vehicles all day long. We could hear people outside our room talking. We stayed on the third level and at night we could hear heavy foot steps running on the roof top garden. The garden is just a few chairs with nothing else. The air conditioning control panel was faulty. Have to jab multiple times to adjust. The tv was not watchable. Cannot log into anything. Bed was springy and bedsheets causes legs to become itchy. The sharp corner of table was next to bed. Hit myself a couple of times during my stay. Silly placement . There was no swimming pool, no gym and it was far from shops. There was renovation going on in the room near us and we could hear every noise. Not much selection on breakfast

Other than that the place smells nice and the staff are friendly.

The bed is shaky, found one of the legs is broken. the toilet can be cleaner, especially on the basin. Dark stains can be found on it. There is a mosque nearby that will wake you up early in the morning. The TV isn't working well, the WIFI keeps disconnecting

The room is clean and neat, the bathtub is big enough. All required facility is in places such as a fridge and hair dryer, parking is not an issue here.

No swimming pool that can be used by the hotel guests. No spoon and sugar for the coffee/tea in the room so even though there was a lovely tea set in the room, I didn’t feel like making it.

I like the comfortable, clean room and the bathroom. The bed was comfortable too. Check-in was fast. The staff were friendly and courteous.

lemongrass-infused products were a bit strong for my liking. the service was ok, but expected a little bit more attention to detail for the price e.g. it would be great for someone to help with bags from the car and direct us to parking
