It will be better if got lift, no staff in the sovotel 38A,we have the leaky faucet in the toilet, the staircase area lighting was so scary, you need to upgrade the maintenance.

Door button at lobby not function. Unable to go out. I late go to work. This is very dangerous if the building suddenly in the fire. We can death in building because can’t go out.

The second floor stage always wet as water leaking from ceiling, the slippery floor is dangerous . lodge a complaint to receptionist but the guy said he can’t do anything because the room which I stay is under OYO,the guy also as me if want complain regarding the issue just direct complaint to OYO. the room is always noisy while the water pump function, I ask for Changing room but the receptionist told me the room fully booked,. I just wonder why the hotel room in the building still a lot of available room but they refused to changing a room for me . the first day I check in , don’t have towel and floor tower, I had to walk about 2-3 minutes to another building which the reception counter located, the hotel is separate building. anyway I stay for 4 days it just because only the convenience location .

The place to check in and check out locates different place from the hotel where we actually stayed, so it was difficult to find the front at the first time. In addition, we had big two suitcases but there were no elevator. therefore it was really hard to carry all baggage to the 2nd floor.

First of all, it’s quite cheap. And it’s clean for money.

No elevator. Not allowed to use television. Checking in was 2 blocks away. Sensor to access block for lodging malfunctioning. Receptionist arrogant. Pesticide officers asking us to vacate to spray chemicals.

firstly is housekeeping. when we arrive, one of the room was not cleaned. after informing, we have to wait 45 minutes for the room to be ready. excuses like “we are busy is not acceptable since we choose to check in at 2pm and if the room is not ready, pls give another room. we travel so far from penang and wanted to have a quick shower to freshen up but unable to. second is no lift service. my parents which are quite old have to climb the stairs to level 2. we expected to have lift but unfortunately no. after this trip to the hotel, my mom has experience bad knee. thirdly is the hotel facilities. the registration located quite far from the place we stay. we also experience hard time to enter the hotel when scanning. we need to keep scanning until we can open the door and also press the button to exit. then there is the parking issue. it is hard to find a parking at that area as it is a hot spot.
