poor service & not clean. the minute i check in, the toilet was so smelly. got cockroaches. bedsheet & pillowcases were stained. no lift.

Cleanliness is much to be desired.Toilet's floor and walls are slimey and smelly..havent been scrub/clean for ages. The manager or supervisor must go and inspect room from time to time, not just sit in your office and sign those work--sheet rosters. Airconditioners need servicing... emitting foul smell. I paid for 3 nightsbut stayed for 1 night only.

Close to eateries. Close to where i went to work. Room facility is very basic. Drinking water is obtainable from the ground floor. Staffs were pleasant and helpful. Parking is not free but mostly available.

I check in late at night, that means way later than usual. I understand that not in any way the hotel fault. But turning off power immediately at 12 tomorrow when we were showering and ready to check out? Not cool. They can at least give us a call asking if we ready to check out. Especially when they do take late check out fee, of rm20 when u just late by an hour. I don't mind the fee, some hotel take more than that. But turning off power? Wow

Bed light broken, wall paper torn, lighting not nice, no wardrobe or cloth cabinet as per list, iron board broken and dirty, table drawers got rubbish.

is not sovotel hotel i had no comment on this. the other day i booked a stay in suite dreamz sri petaling and i was abit late.I try to check in after 12am there reception counter is close citing insufficient of staff. WHAT IS THIS. ???. I cant checked in and i had to try desperately to look for another hotel. will booking.com refund my payment and why there is no notice that i cant check in after 12am. Booking.com.can you answer this

Not friendly staff, no coffees or teas, not enough parking for customers and not alert for customers get parking summon to officer. Location too hectic for parking area and limited for customer. No lift.

The room is dirty, floor is dusty, bed sheets got stains. No room cleaning each day! I ask the lobby counter staff why, they said staff shortage. So no room tidy for the day. I actually booked 3 nights stay, sadly with disappointment I checked out immediately. This is my first time and my last time to book this hotel.

The room looks very old and dirty. Hair left on the bed sheet and under the pillow indicate bad housekeeping. The pillow case is very dirty too. There is no hairdryer and slipper in the room. Had to walk down to lobby and get hairdryer from the receptionist because they won't bring it to your room.

no kettle inside the room as stated. no remote control for aircond also. we can’t control the temperature. staying at level 3. how to go down at the counter just to get hot water. should put coway at every floor. upon reach the room cockroaches welcome us inside the room.
