We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaAs i was so desperate to get accomodation i had booked it even notice the red scale reviews and when spent time to read all those bad reviews after check out i can say that the management didnt do anything to improve it since the feedback was from last 2years....they just reply it without action! I will summarize it here; 1) They ask rm50 deposit and returned back thru online banking only rm40 and i called pic why? They didnt mention it here and when i called pic said they already told OYO about it but OYO doesnt want to put it means HIDDEN CHARGE as was told by other customer. He also mention they put the notice at the premise but how about for those book online. They should inform this thru this platform. 2) I have book online and when arrived nobody was there....only vending mc & the instruction how to pay and since i booked on9 i have to pay deposit thru that mc and a few mins later a guy came down and he gave me the key & ask for rm50 deposit w/o mention about the extra charges. 3) The room advertised attached with shower but actually not. 4) No soap & towel 5) Torn bedsheet My advise to the management & booking.com as well just put the real price....in my case it was advertise rm45 and then for the final it was rm54 but rm45 still there and plus with the additional rm10 the total was rm64 for the small space room with outside bathroom. It was too pricey with the facilities such it. One more thing the room door is so easy for someone to break in. I didnt expect to get much with that price but i have experience paying rm50-rm60 with i satisfied it....worth with the value and they have sturdy and security door. Hope management take note and improve it to sustain in the business.

Malaysiathere is no counter at the premises, if you get this discount in Booking.com, later when you check in, you need pay again via vending machine. They will refund you when you check out. For eg: You book for standard room of RM39 in Booking.com, once you check in you need to pay RM60 to get the access card and key in vending machine. the next day, they will refund you RM11 only, eventhough you book RM39 in Booking.com

MalaysiaI booked 1 family room, which supposed to have 2 Queen beds, private bathroom with toiletries. What I got is, 1 small room, with 1 what they claim as 'king' size bed, shared toilet & bathroom. Additional fee MYR10 (they said its their standard procedure), deposit MYR90 upon arrival. I am totally loss of word, dissatisfied and disappointed! This is more like hostel, not a guest house! If you are travelling with kids or elders, and privacy is a main concern(esp for muslimah), please consider alternatives!

MalaysiaI booked & payed for room with double queen bed but when reach at the property, they gave me room with single queen bed. Also, the toilet is outside the room. Its definitely different when i booked in booking.com. I already asked the property why the room is not tally with my booking.They told me the room have a problem & can't use on that day. I also Already discuss with the property incharge Mr Ewan to cancel the room & he agreed about the cancellation because that is the mistake from the property.
