I wish the blanket is thicker because at night it was sooo cold. Also, wish they have ceiling fan because in the afternoon and evening it was kind of hot

Kindly beware of the crusher run when you go downhill towards the chalet area. Try not to drive too fast and crusher runs are known to puncture your car tyres unknowingly

The chalets were secluded away in a small garden area overlooking mount Kinabalu. It was actually a pleasant surprise when we woke up one morning and the clouds clear up to show the Mountain top. Place is very peaceful and quiet and very memorable for our short but sweet honeymoon

The road leading to this place is rocky. There is a risk of damaging the car wheels.

Beautiful place with amazingly beautiful flowers. The room was Very clean with awesome floor & towel heaters The staff was so helpful & friendly. If the weather is good, you will wake up to the beautiful view of the majestic Mount Kinabalu.

The king suite was very thoughtfully designed ...large & spacious w an outdoor patio overlooking the beautiful garden .. and, on a clear day, we cld enjoy a view of the amazing Mt kinabalu .. Mr Wong, the proprietor, is an excellent host & always on hand to assist ..

The breakfast was not good. You have to go to another hotel but they only serve toast, eggs and sausage for western style. No fruits or anything else healthy. Very dissatisfied considering for the price we pad at spring gardens per night

No TV. Nothing to do at night for kids :) They slept early.

We were the only one staying at the resort. It's peaceful and quiet. Mr Lee connected via Whatsapp with us few hours before check-in. As we arrived very late in the evening, he informed us on the dinner options before check-in. Personalised service. 🫡 Lots to explore around- sungai, garden. We had a private Garden.

I believe the maximum guess is only around 10 persons because the chalet resort only has three houses (one for main house with king sized bed and two houses with double twin beds) and its located at the end of street stretch. Providing more lighting around the garden at night will give more sense of security.

Location is superb because it gives you the closest view of Mount Kinabalu peaks. The flower garden as the backdrop of your house really gives the feeling of living in spring time.

Hotel room could do with a little better heating as it can get quite cold during the night/early morning. Otherwise everything else was great.

Breakfast was great and the place was a few mins drive out from our hotel. We had a choice of western or asian for breakfast. Asian food was much better than Western option.

Isolated- very suitable for rest and relax.

Upon arrival, the stunning hydrangeas will enchant you. The air is as fresh as you can get. Mr Lee is super helpful, quick in his response and informative. All other staff are friendly and helpful too. Pleasantly relaxing.

The toiletries should be printed with Spring Garden name to look exclusive. It is very dark at night and have to pass bumpy path to go there. No cafe, need to bring some food if you hungry as this chalet is isolated and far from any restaurants.

Room was spacious and has a good lighting. The bed was good. No aircond but it was cold. The toilet reminds me of oversea’s hotel toilet. Flowers everwhere and smells good in the morning.

The road for last 5 mins journey to our stay is very rocky, would be great if the road is more stable

There is visit of non-resident people to take picture of the flower garden and some of them sitting on the property balcony. This can be addressed.

It just amazing view and unexpected that you could find it this type of build up just under need the mountain.

It was luxurious yet exotic villa. Feel peace and love in the garden. Very exclusive as they only have 3 villas. At the back of villa can visit the river within 10min walks.
