MalaysiaThe sharing water dispenser is available at the corridor in middle of each floor. But I wish there was a water boiler equipped inside the room so that when i'm desperately out of water stock in the middle of the night, i dont have to walk outside the corridor at 3 am to take water.
I've a long history with this place & been to this resort since they are still known as Travel Lodge. I'm very satisfied staying here as its near to all the places that i frequent when i am in cameron. Breakfast was good especially the fried rice & fried noodles. Tasty. Room was crisp clean. Restroom was even equipped with toothbrush set.

United KingdomThe only slight annoyance was how the bathroom was laid out (whenever the shower was turned on, the entire bathroom was wet, and water didn't drain well, so it was a slight discomfort). But it is a very minor thing.
The location was great (close to eateries, so didn't need to drive out for meals), the room was comfortable and the staff was absolutely courteous.

Malaysia1) need to add more plug. There is only 1 plug and that's not relevant for nowadays. 2) there is a bit unpleasent smell inside the cupboard. Mybe come from the wood itself 3) water pressure in bathroom & toilet is too slow (level 3) compared to guest toilet at ground floor.
1) cleanliness hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 2) the breakfast was sooo yummyyyyy! 3) friendly & supportive staff. A big applause to Mr Joe ( manager operation), all receiptionists, all staffs in cafe & housekeepings for continous give the best service to all guests ! 👍👍👍👍 4) price is reasonable (coming with yummy breakfast) 5) the room is cozy & calm 6) parking - no worries, there is a lot of empty parks around the hotel 7) location strategic - near to petrol station, many shoplots (walking distance), not far from central mall (±700m) but busy roads around nearest hotel.

It’s well located in Brinchang within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. We like the single room. It is comfortable with a window view of the town and surrounding hills, enough space and the shower is great. Zahari in the coffee house was very attentive and helpful with advice on local attractions. We enjoyed chatting with Zahari all three mornings we were at breakfast.

Malaysia1. The standard queen size bedroom, I find it a bit small for such pricing. 2. Can be quite noisy if there are families with uncontrolled children. 3. Did not find shampoo in the bathroom. Only body wash. 4. Spotted flies in the Rasah restaurant. Hope the management can install the fly zapper. 5. Did not see hairdryer in the room.

MalaysiaPillows were a little high and not very suitable for young children. Other than that, everything is perfect.
We had a lovely stay as a family with 2 children. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Room is beautiful, spacious, clean and well furnished. We can enjoy the cool weather and view from our room. There's free wifi and smart TV in the room with Netflix, Youtube and many other channels to entertain the kids. We had the steamboat dinner at Rasah restaurant, food was delicious and value for money. Breakfast buffet was amazing, too, good choices especially the nasi lemak. The location is easy to reach and there's ample parking space as well.
