The bathroom can be a bit better in terms of the layout but overall it was clean. Although the breakfast had a good variety, the quality could be better. The pool wasn't big enough to accommodate all the guests so we did not use it in the end as it was too crowded.

The bed was very comfortable and the room size is really spacious. I also like the location as it's linked to the mall. Nice and clean overall.

The lift. Despite having 6 lifts, during peak hrs it can be quite a wait. It took me near 15mins just to get down to lobby during the morning peak breakfast hrs. And by 10am, most of the food is gone too.

Location is nothing but the best, being connected right to Midvalley Southkey Mall. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Able to add additional bed for kids should we not want to share bed with them.

Room come with breakfast and there is no option for just room only rates. Breakfast spread is good but quality is rather poor. At 730am when we were eating, the food labels were not in place so don't really know what the dishes are. Lifts at about 930am to 1030am were terribly slow when we were there. Too long a waiting time and too many stops as the lifts go down the floors.

Room was spacious, not the 301sqft indicated. View was good but the dirty windows make it hard to appreciate the view much. Clean and new room. Use the gym and was well equipped. Side door link to the mega mall.

We waited half an hour at the lobby for check in as the room is not ready at 3pm. And we are not the only ones. Also, when we registered at 12pm we have mentioned to have a cot and also to have our 2 rooms be at least on the same level. But they forgot our request for a cot and also put our rooms 4 levels apart which affects our experience.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The short operating hour of the swimming. As it is very hot during the day, I was hoping to swim after 7pm when the sun sets. But pool is closed at 7pm. This is too early!!

This was my 4th stay in this hotel. I feel the hotel room not as clean and new as before. We added extra bed and the extra bed sheet wasn't clean as there was a dead bed bug / insect sticking on it with a dry blood stain. We called for room svc to bring extra sheet to lay over the bed. Also noticed some dirty stain on the bed headrest as well The toilet was not as clean as before, not properly scrubbed and also the basin was choked. However still love the hotel room coz is very spacious. Hotel breakfast buffet is stil as good. Staff of the hotel are all friendly and polite. Hopefully i can see improvement in the room the next time i stay in this hotel as this hotel has been my favourite choice hotel in JB

The morning breakfast, the food is edible but wasn’t something to look forward to. One of the morning I took the omelette and the texture felt funky like taken straight from the fridge n cooked it like dried sponge. The dishes was okay but not fascinated.

Didn't like service of recep staff who was helping us to check-in - felt like he was not interested to serve and almost got our booking wrong as we booked for 2 rooms instead of 1. when we asked if could we have a late check out, instead of politely rejecting, he just said "Our hotel is fully booked". and didn't bother looking up when talking.

Like that there isn't any noise when we're in our rooms and convenient since it's located right above a big mall.
