Really comfortable rooms and the bed sheets were incredibly soft. Breakfast is very basic but it’s nice. Free coffee and drinking water. Bathrooms kept very clean and has hot showers.

The only balconies are rough concrete and overlook busy streets with noise at night due to the night market. Room 103 without a window or balcony was the most quiet. Breakfast is a misnomer: there is hot water for tea, some white bread to toast and jam. We ended up making our own egg/sausage breakfast in the microwave which was great. The entrance from the street almost put us off. it's a public staircase and is not clean. but once inside the gated door the place is lovely.

The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English, which was helpful. The place is very clean and the reception area/lounge which doubles as the breakfast area was great for doing computer work at the table while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. The room's a/c worked great. And the lounge could be cooled by a/c or fan or both. And there's a microwave and fridge for guests to use.

Our room was right beside the night market and the windows offer no sound proofing so there was loud music till late at night.

Really comfy bed and spacious room. The room size is a real treat in Malaysia for this price point. Staff is friendly and helpful, location is central. Rooms are very clean and bathrooms/showers are ok (decent). Overall id stay here again. With earplugs.

My room was located in 1st floor & can smell the cigarette smoke. Aircond not cold enough. But overall is ok coz I stay for a night only.

It would have been nice if the toilet had a light (was broken). But it looks like the whole bathroom needs an update. I can understand with covid that it has not been easy the past years. However, a light in the toilet should have been fixed. Also were the hallways very dirty. Cigarretes on the floor etc. I dont know if its from guests of the hotel or locals from the building. It is not a high price, therefore you can not expect luxury. If you want a more hygienic place then you should look further, but you have to pay more. We overall had a pleasent stay (3 nights, we are backpackers).

The toilets and showers were a lower standard than most public toilets in KK. Breakfast is bread, cornflakes and jam. We also thought there were a lot of surprise-fees. Tourist tax is warned by booking, but we also had an additional 8% tax which added up. We thought this should be included in the price on booking since this does change the price quite a bit.

The broken public stairs up to the 1st floor can be off-putting. It was always nice to enter the reception area and feel at home

Breakfast was toast, butter and jam, coffee or tea, and cereal with milk. We like eggs, so we cooked out own in the microwave which was great. The lounge/reception area was so comfortable, with welcoming staff and good WiFi.

A bedside table or light would be nice for those of us who read late, and the partner doesn't (so we can then turn off the overhead light.)

The lounge/breakfast/sitting area is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed sitting there to work on our computers and to chat with other guests. It was air conned and comfrotable.

but not the room.. Many cockroaches and dust. Even not cleaning the window. I booked with breakfast but did not serve the breakfast. The toilet has no cleaning everyday, no toilet paper when we ask the reception for tissue roll she kinda likes shocked.
