Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I like the fact that I was being informed during time of booking that this is a self managed property. Check in process and instructions are clear and smooth. The management team is very responsive. Location is great, located at the center of Melaka town and near to eateries.

MalaysiaThe bathroom drainage was easily clogged but still able to drain water slowly The parking had changed to max RM15 per day and max limit which is quite expensive.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable Jeffrey and Yuna were kind and attentive to my request and queries. Thanks to them. Had booked this room second time with them and everything were perfect.

How about a proper pic to label room accurately? despite operator is responsive, nothing happens other than SOP replies. not worth for price paid. if it is cheap enough, u may consider but definitely not for me.

SingaporeWardrobe dirty, see picture. Stain on bedsheet Stain on towel Room had curtain track for day curtain but no day curtain hanged. Only night curtain. Curtains do not cover the whole window area and light will enter, poor design in room/curtain fixture. No toothbrush, toothpaste, bedroom slippers. Main door can only open 2/3 of the way, due to poor design. No place to hang towel to dry. Toilet quite dark and dirty. Picture when booking showed bathtub. A lot of information on booking.com site incorrect, staff blame backend, didn't apologise as well. Staff felt like keyboard warrior, little face to face communication. Had to request multiple times to meet. Staff didn't communicate amongst themselves well, one was in China... Basically an Air BNB but at Hotel.
Staff was polite in communicating to me.

AustraliaThe accommodation is located within an easy 15-minute walk to the Jonker Street tourist area. Many local restaurants are nearby, with the restaurant next door operating 24 hours. The apartment is quiet and located on the 21 floor, with a good view to the east. Communications with the host was very easy and quick. Facilities such as hot water, Internet, air conditioning all worked well. There is a swimming pool on the 23rd floor with a good view of the city.
