However, the instructions given by the host to the parking lot was wrong and confusing. It led me to the wrong parking building and some more was sounded by the guard. The scanning system of the parking lot has to be improved. I was facing scanning problem when entered the parking lot after coming back from breakfast. The guard's entrance card key was not working too.

The instruction to the mailbox was clear.

Hot water heater at master bedroom bathroom was not working... aircon was bit dry... Others was okay

When we were there they just started reclamation work which we didn’t know. If you are sensitive to noise that might bother you. Sad to see that the beautiful view will be gone soon.

We loved the appartment and the view. The appartment was spacious with a beautiful view of the marina. There is a supermarket and a few eateries inside the shopping mall just below the appartment.

This is an extremely quiet place and if you have a car, it gets very eerie at night when you walk through the parking lot.

It's a central location , accessible to various food and shopping malls ( gurney plaza). The apartment itself is great, all rooms have air conditioning and the view is spectacular. Host is spectacular, very responsive, and accommodating.

The room are comfortable and clean but one thing I want to need more towels. We washed them every day.

Location was perfect whenever you want to buy food there are some supermarkets and many restaurants, also oceanfront. The room are comfortable and clean but one thing I want to need more towels. We washed them every day. A main bedroom’s air conditioner was not working but we didn’t use it so it was no problem.

Parking lot too narrow. Tricky for big car to enter and go up. Take long time for check in as car park and room is not in the same building. Need to take 2 lift to reach the room.

Places and environment quite nice. Convience as market, restaurant and bar are at downstair. Facilities is good.

1. Wrong key sets were placed in mail box and I was asked to return and get the new sets from the mail box when I had unloaded the luggage at car park. I was not able to do so as my visitors were not well and another was late for prayers. 2. Helped to check out the qiblat direction immediately.

There was still pest such as cockroach inside the unit which had to be rid of (no choice have to act as a pest controller for family sake). Ample notice should be given by the management of the facility of any maintenance to be carried out well in advance to the host such as blackouts that causes any discomfort on the host's units and facilities. We had to find alternative accomodation at the last hour for the last night of stay in Penang distrupting our evening plans. Had to rush and packed out of the unit in a hurry prior to dinner. In the humid and hot weather of end January, cannot imagine to go through the night in a unit with no electric supply. Added the fact need to stay up late to complete my work assignment.

Opting for the sea view is definitely captivating for sunrise picture or video taking. Location is good and definitely close to Lotus Store (formerly TESCO) and other convenience stores and supermart within Straits Quay Marina itself. Well established F&B options are located within easy access. Host is hospitable and gives clear instruction to self-check process. Liked the unit that we stayed but shortlived by the unscheduled TNB (Electricity Board) major maintenance that causes power breakdown from midnight to 5:00 am on the final night stay. Have to fault the main building management for its incompetency and TNB as well. Fortunate the host willing to compensate a night stay due to our premature exit from the unit and courteous to us in the process. But the frustration was never anticipated on our last night of stay in Penang.
