Very well maintained. Clean , fresh smelling and all appliances in working order. Didn’t have to buy drinking water , they provided a water dispenser that provided both chilled and boiled water. Microwave oven, mini fridge and cooker hob all available. Bathroom equipped with both handheld and rain shower. Both included shower gel and shampoo. Really appreciated the working air conditioning as the weather was scorching.

Not fully sound proof as there is a bar/live band nearby and it ends late at night ard 1-2 am. The card key is difficult to scan inside the lift.

The apartment is near customs and right opp City Square/Komtar JBCC.

It was abit diffucult to scan the access card to go to our floor. Some lifts easy to detect and some lifts can take some time to detect. But overall experience was satisfactory.

The apartment was clean and comfy. The admin was very accomodating. The location is just beside komtar and city square. Very easy to get to. There is also a good food place nearby. Will visit again soon.

Can hear noises from neighbouring units and bars downstairs at night.

Location - just opposite CIQ. Easy to get Grab to other places. There’s Haidilao next door and other eateries around. Short walk to City Square, Komtar etc.

We did notice a few strands of hair on the bed, while it wasn't a significant problem, it did make me question the thoroughness of the cleaning process. I believe a bit more attention to detail in this area would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.😊

Our recent stay at this place was overall enjoyable. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the host was readily available on WhatsApp throughout our stay. The place itself was lovely and the location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and maximizing our time during the stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The entire stay was very comfortable. The furniture and lighting, smart TV was modern and feels at home. Great effort! Would be top choice when I'm back for short trip again!

Nice view from wide glass windows in ensuite bathroom but it traps heat. so once late in the morning and afternoon, the toilet feels like a sauna. Use other toilet during that timing.

Accessible to city square and komtar JBCC. 5-8 mins walk from CIQ. Can cut through zenith mall. Very clean and spacious areas.

Master bedroom: could hear noises of rushing water coming from toilets from the above / lower unit not so pleasant for the light sleepers. Can be resolved by closing the toilet door.

Love how comfortable the apartment is, very clean feels very homey. Beds are of decent size and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out processes are also quite smooth. Will book again ! :-)
