Doesn't have a common area or any areas to sit down other than the bed. The beds are a bit uncomfortable.

It was clean, the ac was good, and checking in and extending was easy.

They don't really take out the trash everyday or clean the toilet everyday Self check in is nice but the owner sometimes can,t see my messages

Was given a corner area near the lockers which gave us some more privacy and like our own room. Standalone beds are squeaky but comfortable. Great location near to the waterfront

It was far from parking space, lack of precision in location, my shirt was burnt because the iron was broken and didn’t changed, bathroom is smelly and had weird smells.

I like it being quiet and secluded from town.

- as they said, systematic. and then give me upper level bed while lower level bed is empty for the night. cannot change as there’s no staff available. - pantry no free coffee/tea, bread.

At first, it's quite confusing to find the hostel location. After got all the instructions given I feel satisfied. But, locker placement seems like not suitable to locate at hidden spot.

Air con didn’t reach the beds, the price paid was always more than what booking . Com said. Could’ve done with soap by the sink and toilet roll being replaced regularly

i received an uncomfortable bed. as the condition was not suitable for me and i cant sleep, the owner was kind and care about my concern. So he shifted me to other place and the new place was super comfortable. It just the toilet might required daily cleaning. Anyway i would rate 8/10 for the room and the customer service.

Really nice, clean hostel just off Kuching’s waterfront with a bus stop to Bako National Park just a 2 minute walk away. Check in and communication through whatsapp were seamless. Facilities are basic but was never left needing anything. Very quiet place (only 1 other guest when I was there) with good privacy provided by curtains and lockers for security.

Bed is comfortable. There has a curtain and it's more privacy. Toilet & Kitchen is clean. Near the Top Spot Seafood, restaurant and grocery stores. Close to the waterfront and malls.

Not much of a hostel. When you enter the gate, there's two floor, each is a room with a lot of beds and a couple of bathrooms. There wasn't really a reception area. Communicated the whole time via WhatsApp.

A place to stay if you just want a bed to sleep. About a 15 minute walk to the waterfront. Privacy curtains are nice. They let me rent the locker when I went to Baku NP for a day.

There was only one air-condition in the dorm, it takes a few minutes for the dorm to cool down.

The location is in the middle of the city and everywhere is accessible on foot plus the cleanliness of the place exceeded my expectations.

The only common area was a small balcony that with a few improvements could be quite nice. But how it is now, it's not really inviting.

Great location, bed was comfortable. Gave information about tours/buses. Filtered water in the kitchen.
