We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SingaporeDuring fasting month, the sahur spread was super pathetic and disappointing to say the least ☹️. How can you serve two identical main dishes for two consecutive days,eg. nasi lemak 🙁. Besides that, there wasn’t much varieties to choose from! Is there any specific reason why the sahur spread was disappointing?

SingaporeFound used wet tissue under the desk phone. Used to have face towel in the toilet but when asked the receptionist they reply no face towel provided. Quite disappointed 😞
We use to love this hotel from the starting. It felt like staying in hard Rock hotel and the price is so much lower. The location is quiet ample space in the room.

SingaporeLove the convenience of having everything within the vicinity. We didn't leave the whole time we were there because what was needed was all within the area. One of the best parts is that it is not too bustling yet not too empty or vacant either. Just right for those who prefers convenience yet away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Appreciate the breakfast spread as well. Hope to visit again for upcoming short stays.

Not my first time here. Family rm is Spacious with 2 washroom. And a sofa bed! It's a great hotel. Clean as well. My children likes it alot. Like the sustainability feature with water bottle for u to refill ur water fr the water counter. Near to second link too.

AustraliaBig hotel with many shops around whilst not being in the city. Upon check in, I was advised that the linen was late so it would be a delay until room was ready. Not their fault so totally understand. 5pm comes around so I went back to check? It took a while because every single person checking in was complaining about the wait! Omg chill people, they were abusing the staff. One guy walked into the back of the reception desk and stood over the poor girl and demanded his room key. What an idiot. Finally it came to my turn and I decided to politely ask, if possible, would you be willing to offer a breakfast voucher due to the later check in? She said yes off course air! I felt great! She felt great! This is how normal people communicate! And how a great hotel makes up for the short comings. Sucked in to the guy that was rude, he got nothing. Rude people deserve nothing!

Quite near to Legoland. Hotel connected to shopping mall, which you can go when feeling bored. Staff were attentive and tried their best to accommodate our requests.

SingaporeThe room had a very strong smell of stale cigarettes when we first entered but the staff brought the ionizer and managed to clear the smell. Breakfast selection was okay but the staff didn’t top up some of the items when they ran out. But overall it’s still ok!

SingaporeThe location is rather far from most attractions or shopping malls in JB so it would be highly recommended that you have your own transport!
The queue for breakfast was very long but the staff managed it well. The spread was also very impressive - ranging from local delights to international cuisine! Staff cleared the used plates quickly and food was also replenished immediately!
