The cleaning of the room was really filthy and lots of dirty marks from the last customer. No sanitised has been done. We took photos and complained to the front desk. We moved in on Saturday. Complain to the front desk on the next day. The lady say she will get the supervisor and check it over but still no action until Monday when we get the room cleaner to clean.

We like all of he staffs. They are very helpful in every way. Very polite and full of knowledge about Penang if we asked for help.

As I’m staying on Level 12, the water pressure is quite low and the shower heater is not consistent with the temperature.

The location of the hotel and the staffs. The security lady at the parking level is very friendly and helpful. Met 1 male cleaner at the lobby and he is very thoughtful. Asking me whether I’m going to the carpark level as I have pressed the Level G, which the carpark is on Level 1. Bravo to the whole hotel team.

The breakfast was aligned for Malaysia and India Citizens. The room windows need a cleaning.

However, there are no sockets at the sides of the bed hence charging of phones was not convenient and the room is very dim. There are not enough lightings near the windows.

I like the space and size of the room and toilet size was good for a family of 3. Overall, the room is very spacious and cozy.

We stayed at room 1515. The mattress is not comfortable (stiff) and when I made a turn, my partner feel the mattress vibrate strongly. The base of the mattress is not fitting resulted in unwanted noise when turning the body during sleep. The pillows are too soft

I left the hotel at 7 am but no receptionist was available as she was in toilet for more than 10 minutes. Hotel should provide express check out so that we do not have to wait for receptionist to attend.

Room is not so big but quite clean. Nearby hotel, there are a lot of hawker’s stalls. You can find durian shops or other street food.

the pillows are too flat. have neck ache due to the pillow becoming flatten. lucky got another pillow that is softer which is fluffy. also the showering area floor is too slippery. quite dangerous for elderly and young children. no anti-slip mat upon calling up to request as well.

the bathroom could improve greatly. the bathroom especially the shower was not quality. there was mildew and mold everywhere. it was pretty gross. also. even though it said it was a non smoking room the hallway always smelled like smoke.

The beds were comfy and roomy. staff was super friendly and helpful. overall breakfast was fine.

The Restaurant not run by the hotel is a disgrace. Firstly the manager there in the morning is so unhelpful and very unapproachable. The money paid for the breakfast was so overpriced for the very little selection re western food. The fried eggs were cold and the set up for breakfast is badly laid out. I complained to the Hotel manager on duty and told him to tell the General Manager unless the hotel runs the restaurant and so employs their own staff I am convinced many customers like me will not return.
