Parking was my initial concern but during the first night we managed to get a spot at the hotel's reserved area next door, and on the 2nd night, there was an empty parking spot in front of the hotel. So that was mitigated.

I love how cute, cosy and clean the room and the bathroom was. The rainwater shower in the bathroom was awesome! I love that we can open our window to get some fresh air in. The pictures from the website were accurate. The location was at a walking distance to the main tourist sites in Georgetown as well as many cafes and local shops. The staff were generally friendly. I like to also sit at the lounge area while making my calls. Wifi was good.

The room is at level 1. Need to take the stairs. I dont really mind about the stairs, its just that I bring my father that had a knee problem. One more rhing, the bas beside the hotel can be quite bothering to some. Luckily me and my family is no a light sleeper. We can sleep very soundly. Other than that, my stay there is perfect.

The room is super clean. Love the decorations. The room is also spacious. The location is very strategic. Located at the heart of Georgetown and near to most places I wanted to go

Air conditioner in the room was very old and the room does not smell good. I stayed at the 1st floor, but someone kept staying in a garden which is outside of the window of my room, so I could not open the curtains in my room…

only 3 unit parking provided for whole hotel. so i have to walk around looking for public parking which very hard to find that area. even have to take grab cost me RM30 to go out for dinner. toilet has no air out or exhaust fan 😕

..We love the paintings on the wall. The conservation of the house was excellent. The room and shower room where we stayed was awesome

Have a very small mirror attached to the wardrobe which is not convenient to get ready. Water in shower area doesn't flow properly. Bed are slightly dusty.

Actually, I didn't like the space of the stare very small and didn't suitable for old person to climb. Secondly, the room is not sound proof so you can hear the sound of vehicle engine and has a cafe beside the hotel make the noisy sound with play loud music until midnight

Staff. Quite ashame. Not a bad, but the staff especially (thought girl from sabah) please polite. Quite bad cause the proffesional ia a must in this industry. We late to check in around 1100pm, but the process quite smooth but in hospitality industry customer service is no1. We also being in hospitality industry especially cater for international traveler. so know this is vital to our business. The problem here is politeness, not to rigidity. Cause the hotel receptionist is ambasador to our nation esoecially service intenational tourist

All. The concept is quite good. Traditional antique chinese. With a good envuronment. Rent family room with a loft. Quite comfy, big space. Very good value for money especially the location is quite heart at the city.

The stairs to the loaf needed to be repaired. I think it is about time to invest a little bit on safety. If possible fix the gap between poles of the stairs holder. Obviously this is a family room. People with kids. The gap is huge enough for kid to fall off from the stairs.
