The street was very noisy (music until 1am). The capsule is not soundproofed, so this can be annoying. And it's not located in the city center.

Be careful, they don't accept credit cards (even though on confirmation email it says they do). The capsule is large, so you don't feel cramped at all.

Bathroom/Showers area way too hot. I get that they can't add AC there too, but would have needed at least some fans, as you won't be able to dry yourself after showering without getting sweaty again right away. No lockers/possibility to lock the capsule from outside. Bars just down the window, noisy until late hours.

I understand that it is a budget option but towels, shampoo, etc are not included in that price. You have to rent the towel that I don't like.

Only 2 down sides tht is the air cond temperature which was between 24.5-27.8 degree n it was rather hot in the capsules. Asked the staff to lower the temperature but was told tht it couldn't be lowered n adjusted. Thts kinda weird to me. The management should really look into this. One more thing is the lock tht uses the access card to unlock. Sounds secure but its not because it can still be opened from the inside or outside even without the access card. So if you wanna go out u cnt leave yr valuable belongings in the capsules since u are staying with strangers in other capsules on the same floor. This is another serious issue tht the management has to seriously fix to make the customers feel secure n safe. These 2 issues are actually fixable. But if they are not taken seriously and fixed my family n i may not come back although the hotel is so very beautiful n nice to stay. Thts a shame.

The capsules were clean n so comfortable. I booked 6 units for 2 nights n we enjoyed the stay. The staff were accommodating n friendly. They even provide a place to pray for muslims complete with sejadah and praying outfit for women. The surrounding area was nice n clean too. Easy parking as well. Although it is not a walking distance to malls but thr is one cafe next to the hotel but a bit pricey to me. However within 5-6 km from the hotel u can find other area for food varieties.

If you are not up for sharing your stay area (u thinking of staying in premises that give you privacy) this is not for you. This was my motorcycle riding trip. The parking for motorcycle is slightly out of your sight (need to walk a little) from the hotel. so that slightly make me worried during the stay.

It was for a short stay so it was really suitable considering the area of the hotel near to attractions area and the facilities provided is good considering the amount of money you spend. The host is really friendly and very clear in conveying all the information needed for the stay. Including the safety measures.
