No signage for the trekking and half way we could not proceed. Not much adult activities. Bottom of swimming pool is not tiled. Not enough chairs round the pool. It would be good to train your own staff to be the trekking guide.

The peacefulness and nice food at the restaurant. Friendly staff and the big room behind checkin counter for us to rest. Animals feeding. Wafer ice cream was very good.

Availability of queen size bed in the cabin and more comfortable pillows would be a plus.

The cabins were nicely decorated, activities curated were aplenty and food from the cafe as well as for breakfirst were exceptional.

The water pipe burst in the middle of the night unfortunately.

Modern and well designed. Rooms were lovely, and had full glass from floor to ceiling. Comfortable beds, clean toilets with good water pressure. A bit steep to walk up to the main cafe but there were shuttles available. The cafe had good food and a wonderful view. The petting area was a little bit smaller, you could mostly feed the goats and chicken as opposed to actually petting.

There are some places are not fully developed yet. I guess this will be a beautiful resort after fully developed

The place is surrounded by trees. Serene and calm. The room is very clean. Good size for 2. The staff, esp suba the counter India lady is friendly and helpful. She replied my queries very promptly. They r willing to upgrade my driver's room to a better room without additional charges.

However customer service is something I wish to bring up n hope they will improve. It was on a Thursday when we checked in. But we ain't really happy with the location of our room as our room was facing the carpark, right in the middle of the drive in path. We requested for change of room but staff wasn't too enthusiastic about the idea, despite tonight's occupancy is very low (only 4 room guest occupancy as per what the staff informed us). In the end we remained at the same room. We were horrified by the tons of ants n ants eggs inside the folded groundmat that was provided with the breakfast basket delivered to our room. We throw out the groundmat to the grass area at the carpark grass patch to release the ants back to nature without harming them. The remote control for the window blind was not working properly yet the staff didn't change for us immediately (it was about 730pm when we made the request). He give the reason that the housekeeping is already closed n he will change for us tomorrow but we are already checking out tomorrow ! Ok including the early one, he didn't accede to our request the 2nd time n also nothing was done to have the remote control changed the next morning...(hummm customer service not so attentive..)

Everything!! Great place! Everything was great. including all the kind intentions, ie NO TVs etc... which the owner of the resort farm house wished to deliver to the guests (we heard it from the staff). We had some free organic sweet corn which the on site farmer harvested on the spot for us to eat and we ate it raw! it's was so fresh n sweet. The location of this resort farm house was great, great place to be in as it was quiet, with so many free activities to keep you occupied with nature. We will be back again definitely,

Fresh paint smell in room was very strong. On checkout day, noisy renovation works were being done. No warning from management was given.

Pretty well-kept property with good facilities. Able to stargaze although there is some light pollution from property and surroundings. Did not try cafe but it seemed packed with weekend visitors.

Grab was hard to get and we end up using the taxi service given by the resort staff in order to get a ride to the kluang Mall for shopping. A little suggestions, maybe can built a stair to reach the sunrise area from the resort. I had a hard time climbing up the slop to view the sunrise as buggy service start 8am to 8pm only.

Chilly and relaxing stay Clean and comfortable room, staffs was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will go again for relaxing retreat.

It may be newly renovated, the room has a strong smell of paint, it is recommended to ventilate the room before the customer arrives. Otherwise, it is not very friendly to customers with sensitive noses.

Other than the beautiful nature, sadly, the resort really was disappointing. Firstly, the rooms were very basic (we were not expecting much given the price point anyway) but the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the air conditioning was at the back of the room so you don't feel it much where you sleep, the fan was loud and "invasive" (I woke everytime it blew on my face), there is a translucent "window" above the door so the corridor lights would shine into your bedroom, rooms were completely not soundproof so we were woken up by people coming back late and going out early. We each woke up multiple times a night when we were there. Secondly, the breakfast provided was probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've had. We went to breakfast at 8:30AM and all the food were cold (they had those buffet warmers but not sure why they weren't working). For a Malaysian establishment, they served cold and hard Nasi Lemak without chilli (other guests were wondering where the chilli was too!). It is really not difficult to provide at least a decent level of breakfast to guests. We were also looking forward to more activities to do with the kids around the farm - we were really excited as we and our friends do frequently buy the Talula Hill vegetables box! However, there was just a fishing pond, a small animal area where there were a few chickens and turkeys. We did some painting and plant potting as well. This place has so so much potential to do better with its hospitality and rooms, considering the beautiful nature and backdrop and frontdesk staff who are willing to try.

The farm and forests were stunning. Sunrise and sunset times were beautiful. The place was extremely picturesque and was a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was also helpful that the staff was reachable via Whatsapp.
