Excellent view. Very clean. Spent only 1 night so did not use facilities other than those in the apartment. Just make it a little more decorative and homely would be great. Deck chair on balcony?

Please add a washing machine inside the Apartment for the convenience of guest usage especially for long term stay.

Great location, beachfront with views of Langkawi Island and other Islands, perfect views every morning from our balcony and the sound of the waves. Love the location, within 3mins walking distance to an outdoor Food court with heaps of street foods to explore, also about a 10-15 minutes walk up the road to a Shopping Center. The convenience shop downstairs is so helpful for daily needs like bread n milk so it’s perfect for long stay. The only thing is that there’s no washing machine in the Apartment itself which is very inconvenience and you would have to pay to use their laundry services located next to the pool which is costly for long term stay. Unlike other Apartments elsewhere which they included washing machine inside the Apartment so this is a minus point of this place. In all, we do enjoyed our stay here for near 2months, a 2bedroom with spacious open plan living and huge kitchen with all facilities. Yes, we would return to stay in this place as we love their Infinity pool and Gym as well. Their staff are always friendly and in particular I want to thank one of their reception guy staff Aswan for helping us to upgrade our room on that day, much appreciated his service to us.

Furniture and bedding

1. Got our stay unit at level 36 (with 3 bedrooms), unit at the end of the floor, got out of the elevator, guests forced to walk through to the stay unit in darkness- we use our phone lights (similar to horror movie documentary) and we came to know that its because the operational team avoiding inviting the charlie bug coming to the floor. 2. Dine area aircond at the unit drips water on the floor. Luckily my kids didn't run in that area, or else they will be severely injured. 3. Door knob in double single bed malfunction. 4. TV has no connection at 1st, but after several calls to the Front Desk, then only it's functioning. 5. A lot of dust especially in the double single bed room 6. Super dimmed spotlight in the particular stayed units (non adjustable function). 7. Can't open the sliding door at the verandah to enjoy the night view, cuz it will invite lots of mosquito 8. A few wall plugs in the bedroom did not have power supplies.

The location is amazing, right next to the beach, and with your key-shaped key, you can access the beach for free. There's a large food court close to the apartments as well, and a supermarket is not far away. The view from the apartment is also splendid. Most importantly, the room rates are amazing for a 3-bedroom apartment. Next time I visit Georgetown, I will definitely book a room here again.

Excellent customer service. Stephanie and Sam were really helpful . We left behind an important item in the room after checking out and Stephanie was prompt to ensure that the item was is good care . Thanks Stephanie 👍.Both Sam and Stephanie gave us good insight about the good places to visit near the residences. The rooms were clean and well kept. Shower system and Air con system were great . The view of the Andaman sea was breathtaking. Breakfast at the Hainan kopi tiam directly infront of the residence had good food. The lifts were fast , we did not have to wait too long. Swimming pool was well maintained overlooking the Andaman sea.
