We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsNothing really. Just one little warning: the last bit of the way here is not for the faint of heart! It’s very steep, because the hotel is quite up the hill. Our poor little rental car barely made it 😉.
Very friendly and helpful people! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself. He genuinely wants to do a good job. So does his staff. Bonus: cuddly cats.

United Arab EmiratesQuite noisy (sleep was a pain without earplugs). Stains on the pillow covers and bedsheets (we had one more spare set in the room). No point paying for breakfast - we came at 8.30 and had nothing left to eat; no plates and no forks, had to wait for someone to come and do the dishes. Breakfast in the city is way better for the same price.
Good location with walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff at Tekoma hotel was so nice and so helpful too, not forget the cute little cats! The hotel is a short walk from the town center (10 minutes). The room was basic but had everything we needed and we enjoyed the breakfast!

Excellent communication prior to arrival and during stay for pick ups and drop offs. Made it well located for town to go hiking & to see the tea plantations. Hot well powered shower and very clean bedding and towels. Excellent breakfast, water provided and coffee and kettle in room.

GermanyThe bed was rather hard, which was not very comfortable, but that seems to be the norm in most of Southeast Asia. Also, the walls are rather thin, so you can hear almost everything.
Best of all - the cats! So sweet and affectionate and playful!! The staff was great, super helpful, super friendly and always had recommendations for us! The location is great, far enough from city center to enjoy a nice view and some quiet times, close enough to walk there within less than 10 minutes. It's located on a hill, so the view is lovely and they have a driver, Simon, who's always happy to pick you up! Breakfast is good, has enough choices and tastes delicious, they could extend the times until 10am though ;-)

The place was clean&tidy. I enjoyed the scenery as it is surrounded with mountains and lush greenery surrounding the area. The morning air was refreshing. Considering the affordability, complimentary bfast included was satisfactory. Lastlythe staff there were friendly and even allowing my toddler to feed the fish in the morning.
