How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The view from the room was great. Location is really good near by restaurants and main shopping centers. The facilities as the gym and the pool made our overall experience very good!

The communication with the host was very tricky. The number from Qasim, the guy that's responsible for your keys is a different one than the one on the booking. I was texting the number from booking multiple times because I wanted to inform about my late arrival before my flight, but there was zero response. I had to pay cash for deposit to the security guards, which then passed it to Qasim. It all felt very sketchy, but after all it turned out very safe and I got my deposit back at the end of the stay. The elevator is ultra annoying.
The Axon residence is amazing. My room was at the 39th floor, almost the highest. The pool, the gym and especially the sauna were absolutely amazing! The view and facilities are unmatched. Qasim, the host, is a really cool guy.

There is no breakfast, and the towels weren’t completely clean or maybe the stains won’t come off anymore, but smelled a little weird. The floor of the room is not totally comfortable because it’s made of tiles. I’m assuming they take more time doing and maintaining the more flashy and touristy parts of the hotel like the pool and big windows than making the rooms comfortable and fancy, but they were okay. The check in is a little unusual (just like the other reviews say) because there is no one in uniform waiting for you at reception other then guards who then call someone who seems random to check you in. But they’re nice and very fast.
We loved the view and the pool on the 29th floor (shared with another hotel btw and I think that’s common in KL) and they have a gym with the same view. The garden is very beautiful and nice to walk by day or night, although during the day is very hot and humid everywhere. About the room: comfortable bed, good and big shower. Very nice landscape (including Petronas towers) view in all the hotel and a lot of beautiful trees. Good value for money

In the Axon residence there are not any coffe bars. In our room there was not the fridge.
The position is good. There are many things to do nearby. We went to KLCC on foot crossing lots of different city aereas. Nice landscape from infinity swimming pool. Cleaning ok. Quasim, the guy who gave the room to us, was friendly and helpful.

The unit we’re at, the aircond in the main bedroom was not that cold, I think need to service soon. The wifi was abit slow. And it was mentioned iron are provided, but when we arrive there’s no iron, but not a big deal as we got it upon request. The lift have and advance tech but It’s quite slow.
Located nearby to main central mall like Pavilion, Lot 10, Fahrenheit etc.

The sole reason I booked this property over others with similar prices was the infinity pool which was advertised heavily on Booking.com, but when I arrived I was told it was under maintenance for my whole stay. The host said this decision was only taken the previous evening but even if this was the case (which I am deeply sceptical about) then this information should have been passed on immediately and I would have booked different accommodation. This was very disappointing.

1) The apartment didn’t have basic amenities like: paper towels or kitchen towels, small plates or bowls or even eating knives. These wouldn’t cost much but would have made our stay much more enjoyable. 2) the lifts were slow and tricky to navigate at the beginning.
We absolutely loved the location and views. So close to KL central. All within walking distance. We loved the infinity pool, and we also realized the condo has a dry and steam sauna too. We loved having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment which was essential with a toddler. Check in was easy. Qasim met us at reception and helped us check in. He also replied swiftly to messages and helped us with questions throughout out our stay. Thank you Qasim.

nobody responds to messages on booking which is frustrating. then for check in you must meet some guy and wait for him. they didn't even have a spoon in the room or fridge or anything, just two cups lol how they got such a high star is beyond my understanding.
