The check in, staff responsiveness and room was great! This was for business and definitely I am coming back to Canvas for any more future business trips. The price is also reasonable and not overpriced.

It was artsy and comfortable. Modern and well lit. Security was good with a guard at the downstairs entrance and autolock in the basement.

It was conveniently located opposite the Aeon Mall in Bukit Tinggi 2 where the airport bus, Aerobus, has its terminal. The room was a bit small for our comfort but this was made up by the comfortable bed and pillows, good airconditioning, clean room and bathroom, hot shower; the television even has BBC world news channel to keep us in contact with the outside world. The Mall offers a wide selection of eateries, bank facilites and a supermarket.

Malaysia8 reviews1 helpful vote“Pleasant”The Parking lot which allotted for guess parking. To excess to the Hotel Lobby, you need to walk up the staircase with your luggage. In the event of raining, you will caught wet as you need to walk about a small distance in the open air.
Location is good, opposite to AEON Bukit Tinggi. The room is clean and the sound proof system of the room is good.

Conveniently located for me as its conveniently located around multiple places to go. Easy checkin and checkout. Acceptable facilities and very high pressure water! Great for a daily washes after unfiltered condition outside.
