The tv cant connect to wifi and cannot watch netflix and youtube. Ask the staff to fix it they said connection problem. Should know the problem first before give the guest to stay.

There is no channel on the TV. The shower area is small and water pressure in bathroom near the bedroom is slow.

I like the design and interior of the room. The room is big and complete with all equipment as a house. The location of the residence is near quill city mall and kg baru. The pool is big and the view from rooftop is stunning.

Wi-Fi almost does not work, no kettle, no refrigerator (e.g. mini), no hangers (in a wardrobe), not very clean - there is dust (e.g. under table, bed). Also socket adapter would be helpful. Shower - water is not warm and strong, its temperature is not adjusted. Pool closed for cleaning without notice. Construction noise.

It would be the best to tell users the deposit is RM300 before booking. If you pay cash, you'll get ur cash back after check out. If you tranfer, then expect up to 7 days to get back the deposits. Hope this helps! Plus just hoping there would be scissors in the room. Others were great so far 👍🏻

I got superior room. It's great! I like the swimming pool and the rest area. Very chilling. The room, towel, kitchen utensils and toiletries are best at its state.

The water pressure in the bedroom upstairs was really bad. Couldn't even wash my hands with it. Nothing was done to deal with the issue despite my request. On top of that the AC there wasn't working properly and couldn't cool the small room, whilst the AC in the common area could cool the big space in a very short time. Wifi wasn't working the first night, I couldn't find the router and none was replying on WhatsApp. They only fixed it when coming to collect the deposit the next day.

The apartment itself was good. There was everything for a comfortable stay including a comfy bed, cozy sofa, big TV, kitchen utensils, water dispenser. The staff helped me with an upgrade and instructions for check in were super clear. The place was clean, no complaints about security as well. The location is in the city center with a mall right across the street.

Noone around to receive us for check-in - had to wait very long. No/ very slow response on WhatsApp handphone number given by Booking.com. No building name can be seen. Lousy TV programmes. No hair dryer, even after request. 2 out of 4 lifts being repaired. Very slow lifts. There should be a separate lift for service personnel. Balcony was dirty. Floor was not properly cleaned/ mopped. There was a cockroach in the room. Studio Suite had a glass sliding door (part of 'wardrobe') as a headboard - very dangerous. No hangers were provided, even after request. No water supply (bad pipe leakage) in kitchen sink. There was a wall light on the wall right next to the bed, which was placed against the wall. We were moved from A13-11B to A29-07B only just before 8pm. I have several photos/ video to share but am somehow unable to access/ upload them from this app, fyi.

Drainage smell i commonly found in a new building that not fully occupied, sewage smell will rise up to the room. I had to open all windows to get rid off smell for a while right after arrival every time.

Infinity pool with twin tower view and staff’s help, they keep my luggages in their storeroom for my night flight.

It wasn't the cleanest place, that for sure. There were spiders nets, some hairs in the bed and the towels - I hope it was changed. Bathroom also could use some cleaning. Also, I don't get any information how to get to the apartment, there was zero contact thru booking/WhatsApp. I must called them, but when I did, things got smooth.

Great location, even better rooftop pool - two best things about this place. Apartment itself was also good, with great aircon, bed, bathroom and balcony with view. Good price/quality ratio also.

quite far from spot location such petronas twin tower if u want to walk, u must to take taxi or grap.

amazing view, we can enjoy panoramic KLCC (twin tower, kl tower and Merdeka PNB) from rooftop swiming pool at level 35. Quill City Mall infront of this property and easy to shop or dine anytimes.
