Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomthe check in process was a bit confusing and entering the code to unlock the door to the bedroom is also confusing and as amazing as the view is from the pool, the temperature is freezing which made it uncomfortable to use even in 35 degree heat outside
it was in a good central location and the bed was comfortable and great amenities like a rooftop pool and a steam room and gym.

SpainThe apartment was not properly clean. Found several cockroaches inside (massive ones), the toilet had a horrible smell. The building swimming pool was good, but the maintenance of the whole building is inexistent. Showers didn't work, corridors were dirty and with damage. Needs lots of work and improvement.
The apartment was well equipped with a big fridge, washing machine and filtered water and some kitchen equipment . Had good Aircon and spacious room with comfortable bed.

SpainAs with every other review - the lifts are incredibly slow and only 2/4 of the lifts were working. The security guards were a little rude and unhelpful - when the door to the 22nd floor wouldnt open at night, the security guard was reluctant to help
Amazing view from the rooftop pool. Good location- easy to get around and a mall is conveniently only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The apartment had air con and a fan in the main living room and bedroom along with a washing machine. I was a bit nervous reading the bad reviews about the deposits not being returned but I paid my deposit in cash and so they have me back my deposit in cash when I checked out without any problems.

IrelandThe hotel is not really a hotel, it is apartments with a front desk situated on the ground floor. I have no complaints about the room, but the set up was confusing and front desk were not very attentive. The pool was shared with all others in the building and there was a strict dress code for women.
The room was comfortable and clean, the rooftop swimming pool had an amazing view. I would stay here again. There is a 7/11 on the ground floor and a laundrette.

VietnamWater heater did not work. The cold water dispenser release hot water instead of cold water. It's not 24/7 check-in/check-out time. The earliest you can check-out is 10 AM something, so it can be very awkward for early leave. While the location is somewhat central, but only accessible by bus/car rather than train (around 30 mins to nearest train station). The deposit is really high, like 300RM and they don't accept debit card (only credit or bank transfer, you also have to wait maximum 7 days for deposit return- this is really inconvenient for foreign tourist). The elevator of block A and B are very questionable, which either slow/slightly broken down or in disrepair (cause it's contractor's elevator rather than guest). The staff also send us to wrong room (in broken, disrepair state) so we waste like half an hour to get back to the right room.
Large room, decent facility for price/value money. Free laundry/dryer provided within the room. The facility is decent enough to cook your own meals. There is 2 convenient stores right below building, also breakfast restaurant across the street. The staff is helpful which somewhat help with various problem this place has. Quite decent for relaxation, last day of your long tourist journey. Certainly a waste if you just want a place to sleep.

Greece- VERY hard to find the reception area (where they give keys), and the check in process is very slow. It took me an hour (!!!) to find the reception and check in - no communication via booking or via WhatsApp. They also don’t reply to phone calls - usually the staff are nice, but here I didn’t feel welcomed. Actually I felt like they didn’t want any customers there - THE POOL DIDNT WORK and there was no announcement/ warning / discount - very slow lifts, I had to wait for up to 10 min to go up or down Overall, I’d say that when these issues get fixed, that would be a 9, not a 7
Do book this room if you need an apartment to work from + WiFi speed is amazing for work zoom calls + the location is top: a supermarket is 5 min away, a close walk to the city center. The area felt safe + the view is gorgeous + yoga deck under the roof + the room is new and everything inside the room is thoughtfully organized + the gym is with the view and free to use + the room is clean and nice

PolandIncredibly hard to find, no signs mentioning where to go for check in and the building seems to be brand new and barely finished, still cardboard in the elevators, balconies with raw concrete with foot prints in it and cigarette butts from the workers in the corner. The apartment wasn’t the cleanest, stains on the bedsheets and floor looked unhoovered, in the bathroom the shower looked like it hasn’t been washed in a while. Unpleasant smell coming most probably from the bathroom. Deposit of 300myr that’s not previously mentioned. Pool was closed for maintenance (although they did offer to get access to another one but seemed like a lot of hassle)
Managed to borrow a power adapter form the reception as I forgot mine. Comfortable bed and working tv with Netflix if you just want to relax after travelling.
