This is my 2nd time staying here and the only downside I would say is the shower head in the bathroom. It would be excellent if it gets deep cleaned or exchange to a new one. The lime deposits cause the water to not flow evenly so it's a bit of hassle during showering.

The check in process was a breeze. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Kudos for that.

All are good except the sofa bed in my room. My feet itchy when I lie down on it. Room number is 1224.

i got my finger cut from the shower hose..luckily none of my kids touch the hose

the room is spacious..there is bath tub as well..since we are visiting during raya holiday and want to escape from heavy traffic, the bath tub is a life saver to me..i let my kids having a party inside so i got time to relax after my long journey..breakfast buffet was nice..my kids love it so much

So far nothing to complaint.

Room superb eventhough most of my friends keep saying this is old hotel.. I have no idea what kind of old they talking about🤣. I Love my room from 13th floor eventhough down below Alamanda renovation in progress. Early check in and no hussle when asking few things from housekeeper. I have my own privacy with family since we were quite havoc and played few games during 3d2n stay🤣. Breakfast ok. Quite helpful frontliner since I have called 2 times before check in and during my check in. Alamanda just beside the hotel walking distance. Quite enjoyable surrounding with part of room facing lake.

The front desk staffs are not all knowledgeable. Some are not equipped with information regarding issuing an official invoice/receipt.

1. The toilet bowl not clean. Can see the stains. 2. The receptionist(eswari) should more smile toward customers and do speaks in mother tounge if the customer speaks in tamil. Its not a complaint, its a recommendation. 3. The glass water bottle which provided in the roo. should be sealed and not just a sticker stating it with sealed. (Rather why not just provide normal plastic water bottles 4. Recommended to list down the tv channel list that available in the room. 5. Breakfast 5/10. Suggestion: can serve kuih tradisional, nasi lemak, desserts

The parking ticketing system at the hotel needs to improve. The system broke down when I wanted to go out of the hotel. The staff who attended the issue literally had no idea when is it going to resolve. Maybe upgrade the machine reader card in future. On top of that, the parking space is quite confusing. There is no way to go direct from basement level 1 to basement level 2 but there is a way to go to basement 1 to basement level 2. You need to go out and touch your card again to go to basement level 2 from basement level 1. Maybe the hotel needs to build another way to go to basement 2 directly from basement 1

The room was just nice and comfortable. The location is just strategic because it is next to Alamanda Shopping Center.

The dining area is too crowded, No PIC at the gym even 2 different times went there to rent a bicycle and had clashed with another customer due to the last item left.. The pool is limited because of the small area and seems like more for kids.

Variety of buffet breakfast, The location is near Alamanda and the environment is so nice. We enjoyed the scenery of the lake. Bicycle rental is so cheaper.

The rooms are dated and old, there was no center table in the room. The breakfast restaurant always seemed understaffed, only got hand towels in the room for 4 days out of 9. There is no room service after 10:30. Swimming pool tiles can hurt your feet.

The hotel is closer to a mall, has good staff, and the lobby is very modern. The room and pool have a good view of Putra Jaya Wetlands.
