Bathroom smell. The sewage might have problem and the smell constantly came out of the bathroom. Breakfast is split into 2 timings 7am or 9am. I chose the 7am as I am an early riser but the noodle and egg stations were not ready until about 7:15-30. This has been consistent for the 3 breakfasts I had there. It would be good to have everything ready at the stated time to reduce the need to wait.

Big apartment and clean. Big pool and love the infinity pool overlooking the lake. It has a short loop of running track, nice for a quick workout.

The view from the room was AMAZING!The hotel amenities and staff were fantastic. The room was generally clean and comfortable with great facilities. Location wise, it's about 20 min's drive to nearest shopping malls, Ipoh town, 5 mins to Lost World of Tambun Theme Park and Banjaran Hotspring Resort for some spa experience. I would definitely return for a longer stay.

We are a bit upset as the gym area (and the table tennis) only open for those who wore sport shoe. Suggested to have an area which can allow for those who are not.

i like the welcome drink which is made up with variety of spices and herb. I like the balcony view which facing to the limestone facades. Also we are geting a free cake due to we are celebrating my daughters birthday in the hotel. The choice of breakfast buffet is very tempting.

I booked suit with Horizon view, city view. But I was given 1st floor . View car park. Not what I expect. Air-conditioning in living room water leak. One of the room cupboard door can't really open. Location out of the way unless you drive.

The Food in the cuisine restaurant was pretty decent but given the massive choice of good food in Ipoh. there were definitely better options.

The Pool area was fantastic and there were alot of activities around. The staff in the cuisine restaurants were very friendly and the included breakfast had a great mix of food. Definitely a great value and option for families.

The path to the lake was quite muddy and dirty with lots of sand, maybe due to continuous rain during my stay. It is good to have the path sweep often to give customer a better experience.

Pool was big with few sections to play around, love the jacuzzi beds in the pool. Breakfast was ok, I'm expecting more variety of food though. The surrounding view was awesome, loving my walks around the lake. And I've got the highest unit - level 23 where the view was magnificent!

Had issues with the TV, bathtub couldn’t drain the water as well as the shower was clogged up

There’s a lot of activities to do within the hotel compound and considering next door is the lost world of Tambun, there’s bountiful of activities for families with children

Food variety for breakfast could be improved We booked 2+1 unit. There was a tiny room (with toilet) provided but cant fit the extra bed given to us, and no air cond (or at least standing fan) in that room We wondered what is the function of the mini room

Just 1 thing.after midnight outside too dark.all lights out😅it would be spectacular if they have colorful spotlights shining on those limestone hills and forest.can be an additional attraction for all guests☺️

Really like the outdoor environment with all those limestone hills,the forest and the lake.really making a good healing vibes,away from all the busyness outside.all staffs and the management are so friendly.also appreciate all the compliments and surprise cake for my wife's birthday.and not to forget the birthday deco in our room🥰

Tower A no roof viewing and the unit that I stayed at Level 3 is unable to see the skyview. The sports centre do not provide sports shoe for rent and I didn't enjoy the sports facilities such as a badminton court, gym, and basketball court. I didn't notice that the sports court required sports shoes.

I like the environment: the unit, the pool with jacuzzi, the lakeside, the breakfast, and the welcome drinks. A nice unit that I stayed in with free snacks and tea. Big swimming pool with lake and mountain scenery.

They don’t have enough seating in the restaurant for breakfast so they have an over flow area , the floor is uneven and moves under feet , there is no food for people who are gluten free , and lots of moneys try to get to you while eating , the staff have to chase them off

The staff are always friendly and helpful The pool is beautiful and the view is so lovely especially at night , the gardens are very well looked after , I don’t have small children but if you do they have a petting zoo and playground , they have quite a few lovely scenic seating areas and the restaurant is quite nice

Would have liked better coffee at breakfast- it was just a simple coffee machine which wasn’t very nice. Outside of town so you need a car, but not too far to travel.

We stayed in the two bedroom horizon view suite. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed the pool and walking around the walking track. The property is very serene. Buffet breakfast was decent quality.

Room rate is high in my opinion. Food was over-priced in my opinion. Amenities in the room did not include black tea bags. Only green tea and lemon tea is provided. Every hotel in the world provides normal tea bags to make a Coupa with milk. Upon request was told to order tea from room service.

To step out in rain they didn’t allowed umbrellas to be used outside property, even asked to keep security deposit they refused !
