Excellent location, right across from giant mall! Close enough to Jonker street and main attractions via taxi, took only about 10 mins to get there when traffic was good. Junior suite was spacious and nice.

Walking distance to Jonker Street. Having the Megamall just opposite was great for shopping and meals. Baby cot provided was comfy for my toddler. Room was super spacious. Clean and decent enough. Would stay again.

1. Safety of the room furniture - the sofa bed is missing a wooden panel that provides support, my son almost fell - the glass door for the main bedroom bathroom is missing of the bottom railing track, causes it to be shaky which is a risk of the entire glass to fall and break. 2. Fruit choices for the buffet are limited. That time I went only has bananas and sliced papayas. 3. No swimming pool for a good rating hotel. We brought our swim wear and thought could enjoy some water moment. 4. Limited television channels. 5. Limited power sockets. 6. No cooking ware provided even though there stove is there. 7. Outdated furnishing, the curtain has torn and the chandelier was dusty.

Strategic location. Near eateries, shops and most extractions. Walking distance to Menara Taming Sari and St. Paul Hill. Can even ride the trishaws as their hub is nearby as well. Cheap breakfast buffet, can normally get around RM40 per adult or RM30 during promo. The buffet menu consists of local and international courses: roti canai, nasi lemak, yee mi soup, breads and toasts, fruits, cereal, etc. Room and bed are comfortable. Check in process was smooth, it came with a welcome drinks for guests. The LONDON BUS CAFE a western concept cafe was extremely underrated. It has good food with even lower price than normal cafe. RM25 for a lamb chop, this is cheap! Cheap price for a junior suite room, only around RM380-500 per night with 2 bedrooms (queen and single). The overall stay worth the price.

During check in via booking .. it took take times for mee to checking bout 30minutes

during weekend the price was spike up to rm600++ .. but i check in on Sunday-Monday , the price drop to rm150 this is insane!!

The area of the 3rd bed in the family room has no aircon. The only power point for phone charging was located at the table where the kettle is. Could not find any other power point at the bedside tables of the king-size bed....resulting in inconvenience for 3 of us who needed to charge our phones. The complimentary kueh served at teatime were horrible. One item could be made hot but 2 service staff just sat there and told us they do for breakfast only!! They were busy talking away!!

Convenient location. Room was quite clean. There were only 2 hangers. Not enough for us. Bathroom towel rail was at one end and shower room was at the other...could make it more convenient if the towel rail was near the shower glass door. Should have more lighting...room was dim.
