I wish the hotel had mentioned on its website the hotel is alcohol free.

room=excellent breakfast= we didnt have foods at the hotel pool= excellent except when some moslem patrons swam in full clothes ie jeans , gelabah and hijabs. We didnt understand the dress code as stipulated by management. There should also be a code of conducts when swimming!

The beach area was kind of non existence due to tide , fair enough . We found the place abit hard to leave . Took a long time to book a grab taxi resorted to asking reception to book us one instead one day and that was 3x the price. There was a lack of food options on site.

Honestly the the grounds of the place the pool, where really nice and relaxing . Pool is long enough to do lengths and the general atmosphere was really nice and staff were very happy

The parking is so limited and small. It's hard to park especially when your car is big.

The view and the environment it brings. It is so calming & feels like I'm not in Malaysia.

Stairs leading to upper floor are steep and have big landing in between, quite dangerous. It's like a villa so no sound proof.

Clean and exquisite resort, next to the beach, big room, tv channel is adequate to fill in time, they able to reserve the room that we want so that's a huge plus.

The room, Mawar, was described as a “premier” suite, but lacked chairs except those outside on the balcony. One old loveseat was the only interior furniture beside the bed. The facility is somewhat isolated — although nearby beaches with restaurants, etc., are not far, there is no sidewalk and I was told to avoid walking on the very busy road. The only food offering on the property was a restaurant run under a concession with a very limited menu. The food was okay but repetitious. I used Grabfood several times to get food sent in…this was not ideal. The biggest problem, however, was noise. Mawar is located right above the outdoor restaurant, and next to a children’s pool. Noise from both was excessive, especially from screaming children in the pool all day and from singer at the restaurant who performed from about 5 to 9PM every weekend night. The room’s very rough-hewn doors and windows are poorly fit and provide no sound insulation— it seemed as if the kids and the musician were with in the room with me. Also, this was a vacation weekend and families in other rooms were making tremendous amounts of noise in the corridor and in their rooms that came right through the walls. There is a a 10PM quiet time, but it was not observed or enforced during the weekend. When I booked the room, I was given a list of “premier suites” ( with descriptions and photos) to choose from but no mention was made of pool or restaurant noise in my specific room. A similar room at the opposite end of the building would have been quieter. One reason that I picked this facility was because it was not a cookie-cutter high rise….but the (attractive)masses of tropical vegetation growing on the property hide the fact that the place is overdeveloped, with residence buildings sitting practically on top of each other (the property is built on a hillside down to the water), impinging on each other’s privacy.

Beautiful sea view from the balcony of my room and lots of space in the room, along with an excellent waterfall style shower.

Booked a room with TWO DOUBLE BEDS, but after a mixup my room was given to another customer first. The room that was given did not match with the price that I paid, only 1 double bed and 1 single bed so it couldn't fit 4 people including myself.

We got a discount at the Biru Biru Cafe, 20% off. Food was delicious and good portions. The pools were also spacious and well built, had a grand time swimming

The cheapest rooms however are not worth the money, these are rather dark and moist…

More expensive rooms are really great - spacious, well furnished with great views. While staying in those rooms you will not regret your stay.
