The design and layout of the hotel is very stylish, modern and sleek. The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful - we had an early flight and they gave a lovely breakfast packaged to go. Loved our stay.

The suite is located on the second floor which is having a inaccessible balcony/terrace from the suite. Balcony is accessible from the staircase. Quite noisy from the road as it is on the second floor.

Near imago shopping mall and nearby places. Lots of restaurants within the building (sutera avenue).

there were communication gap with the department that managed booking.com and reservation department. We have messaged the hotel our check out time is on 6.30am. They has promised to prepared packed breakfast for us. Yet reservation did not aware for the request of packed breakfast. We booked twin room. When we were booking the hotel through booking.com, noticed that the description is for 1 pax only. And we called to the hotel, the staff said it's for 2 pax : we can book it straight away. So we decide to book it AFTER CALL. When we were doing check in, the reservation told me that the room is only for 1pax It was unbelievable! 1. We had called to the hotel to confirm about the pax shown in the app 2. At the moment, the rate that we paid is exactly the same price that shown on other date for 2 pax per twin room 3. The reservation asked us to contact booking.com as it was managed by booking.com hello~ it was the sales/ reservation department that did not make proper checking on booking.com if it's really for 1 pax per twin room, normally the price would not be the same to the twin room for 2 pax We were angry. It took sometime to communicated with the front desk. Requested front desk to called the sales manager out. they said it was 1 pax LOL haha At the end, the front desk offered 2 packed breakfast per room - which was reasonable Not sure why there was always incident in making reservation in sabah. Hope that the Hospitality of Reservation in sabah will be improved. We will choose the luma hotel for the next visit, to see whether did management improved and prioritize their services for customer

The design is so on point. Unique, chic ,comfy and clean. Love the sofa area in the room as well you could see glen eagle hospital through the window. but there were sounds of motorcycle during midnight to take note, the toilet bowl is in a independent space. it will take you 10 steps to wash your hand in another space

The location is very convenient. About 10 mins away to Filipino Handicraft Market & the popular Tanjung Aru Beach. The basement carpark is also linked to the hotel rooms.

Lovely room with super comfy beds and great spacious bathroom. Everything is modern and tastefully furnished and it's easy walking distance to Imago mall.

We stayed at a suite for 4 persons. The room does not have window. After checking we understand why as it is on a 2nd floor of a row of shoplots. So no window is for privacy and security. However, this information should have been informed before booking.

It's will be better if can provide free car park for those who stay at the hotel. If you need to park your car, you need to pay RM15 per day. And the basement parking is quite dark. But if you willing to pay more, you can park your car right in front of hotel which cost RM30 per day.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with all the amenities, including a comfortable bed, plenty of towels, bath tube and sofa area. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore Tanjung Aru beach. Hotel is located close to airport too.

Carpark charges on hotel guests. Would be great if there were complimentary ones doe guests staying at the hotel.

Everything from comfort, cleanliness, quality, location. Also like that the hotel smells so good (it’s therapeutic) as one walks into the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, really well designed. Bed was big and comfy, great shower and coffee. The gym was also really nice although in a separate part of the building, that wasn’t a big deal.

1. Instruction by kitchen staff to select menu are too fast and indirect. I am not able to catch what he is saying. Have to ask a second time for clarity. But I don't like the face expression they make when I ask again.

The breakfast are good. Tasty. But would prefer a buffet.

The hotel is new, very stylish design. We were delighted with the lobby, the room. Lots of nice details in the room. This was the best hotel for a two week trip to Malaysia.

The rooms facing the front are very noisy due to car traffic, no double paned glass. It's a bit far from main food area and jetty, but quick Grab ride.

Nice modern design, comfortable beds. The management switched us to a different room when we were unhappy with the noise level which was appreciated.

Clean, stylish bathroom. Twin room with 2 Queen beds. 10min from airport. Relatively new compare to city center's hotel.
