We have stayed three nights at the hotel, one of the best hotels we have traveled all over the world. The pool was heated and we enjoyed every morning swim, the view from the pool especially in the morning is divine. Everything in the hotel is classy, the room and bed were clean and very comfortable, the staff were kind and courteous, breakfast was very good.

Booked this hotel from a recommendation when I could not sleep while staying at an Airbnb. Best decision ever. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and facilities beyond exceptional. The bed and sheets were so comfortable I slept like a baby. Am already planning another stay here.

1) Bathroom floor tile is slippery. The housekeeping team could have added anti slip mat for guest safety. 2) welcome drinks - taste bad, have they even tried before what they are making?

It was more of a business hotel and suitable for couples than really for families with kids

love the fantastic infinity pool with a view of the ferry terminal and historic buildings all around us. the check-in experience was great as guests were given a welcome drink (including alcoholic options) at the glasshouse restaurant with free snacks while waiting. Restaurant, Front Desk, concierge staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. It's located right beside the car free areas on Sunday.

The restaurant is too bright and more like a breakfast room. No ambiance for an evening meal. The room has no view or decent wondow and you could not tell if it was raining til you got outside.

Loved the filtered water in the rooms. Good shower too. Separate loo a good idea although a washbasin for hands would be nice. Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful and ultra-friendly.

I loved staying here! The room was perfect, the King bed was huge, I had the best nights sleep! The pool was lovely for cooling off on a hot day and not too busy. The staff were really helpful too.

Write in English: The shower drain water was very slow, the breakfast was poor considering a 5-star hotel, the staff's clothing was clean but worn, which is not appropriate for a 5-star hotel.

I liked the Ambience, all the Staff at hotel including Reception, Restaurant staff, the guards , the housekeeping and the conciërge doing superb job. The Breakfast was very nice. The room was very clean. Overall very good.

Staff - friendly and helpful Environment - Cozy and Instagrammable Bed - super comfy - There is a welcome drink for you to enjoy at the cafe. - Pillow selection is not available on the TV menu, but you can request it from housekeeping. This is not my first time staying here. I'm definitely coming back again when I visit Penang.

Gym is far too small with insufficient equipment. It's a struggle for even 2 people to work out there at the same time. Given the size of the hotel, this needs to be improved. The restaurant / bar lacks atmosphere. It is not an enjoyable place to sit in and have a drink. It's really just a brightly lit functional dining area.

We could have used some drawers in the room to store clothes. We couldn't cast content onto the smart TV which was disappointing.

We had a loft room which has a spacious bedroom upstairs. Downstairs are the bathroom and lounge area. TVs in both areas. The bathroom area was very good - excellent water pressure, fluffy towels, good amenities, large shower stall, good mirror with excellent lighting. Small lounge was comfortable and with good table space. Plenty fo useful power outlets. The swimming pool area was compact but well located. A small uniform depth pool with good quality sunbeds and plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Good location - away from noisy areas but good cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel hosted a great Lion Dance for CNY>
