The staff were fantastic, really frendily and made us feel very welcome… they helped us out a lot from giving us good recommendations for restaurants to helping us move rooms (due to noisy guests)… Jansi on the door was a really nice man and we enjoyed chatting to him often. The hotel is lovely with a great roof terrace with a nice pool and the beers were pretty cheap and ice cold. Visit cactus restaurant nearby for the best beef rendang I have ever eaten. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Langkawi 😀

The Riyaz was fabulous accommodation, it was close by the beach and a short walk to nearest bars and restaurants. About 15 minutes walk into the shops, bars, food truck market in Pantai Cenang. Clean and comfortable room with excellent breakfast. excellent pool area and gym.

Very minor noise from the corridor outside the door, coudl be more soundproofed, they did not really do proper coffee barista style, but did have soya as dairy alternative to pour which was something at least.

Super friendly staff, Lovely welcome. always helpful. The hotel is well designed outside as well as inside, the rooms comfortable.and well appointed. Lovely bathroom complete with Balmain products. Excellent rooftop pool, jacussi and bar area with views of the sea.

The room needed more international plugs as it only had one.

Wonderful bed to sleep on. The rooms and facility were very clean. The rooftop pool was delightful. The prawn curry laksa at the pool bar was delicious. The WiFi was very good. The staff were genuinely very nice. You felt like they were honestly happy to greet you and very happy to help you.

The rooftop pool is great. Staff is great, they are really helpful and lovely - everyone will make sure you don't have to worry about anything during your holiday! Sea view from junior suite is awesome. Everything was great, definitely and highly recommended!

they dont have parking valet and im not comfortable with the security that control the barrier gate when i park my rental car at basement. that security (wear black vest) show bad expression face every time i ask them for open the barrier gate. i don’t understand why these people treat the local guest like that, but when the foreigner guest enter the barrier gate, they open the barrier gate so quick .😌 but , i really appreciated your warm welcome from reception team , and that 1 bell boy who helped me park my car on my 1st day. date 17apr around 5pm.

The food is the one area for improvement, but I am mindful that we were visiting during Eid and the quality may be a reflection of the limited staff or supplies.

Definitely a beautiful hotel with very nice modern rooms. Exceeded our expectations on that front. It was my friend's birthday and I asked for a special treat to be ready in the room before our arrival, and the hotel provided a wonderful cake & rose petals arrangement! They also accomodated our other two requests of a sea view and bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel overall is beautiful and the rooftop view is spectacular for sunset. Highly recommend taking golden hour pics in the jacuzzi too.

Not really a dislike per se but get when a deal is on.

Apartment was spacious, furnishings were decent, bed was comfortable. No complaints on apartment. Staff were great, shoutout to Ravee for keeping a crack team of operatives. The staff at the pool bar were so attentive and were great with the kids. The ladies at breakfast kept my youngest well fed by their constant attention ( must think he's cute or something 😄). Stay here, it's great

Food. Breakfast is sooo far from any 5 star hotel. First of all, all is same every day and the food itself is really not good. Plain, most of the times cold poor variety, small iption for european cuisine. Poor variety of vegetables and fruits, staff looks cold, seems that working there is some kind of the torture for them :) Lunch buffet they offer is a bit of a joke. Seems like leftovers from breakfast and doesnt look representive. Last evening we hooked on a bbq dinner and again all food looks amazing, BUT it was all cold.

The appartament we stayed was really nice , good view from the 12th floor. Super smooth check in, staff is helpful and friendly. House keeping was well. Rooftop itself has amazing views and super cool staff.We loved it. Water was clean, and we were provided drinking water every day. All is all we loved the place.

The way to the beach is not very nice, probably it is public part so it is not well maintained. This part of the beach is also not very nice. No umbrellas or sun beds.

Rooms are beautiful, whole hotel is very nicely decorated and staff is very friendly. On roof top you have nice pool with the view on Mangrove forrest or beach. Also very good restaurants. Also near by you have nice bars and restaurants. If you’re not staying at the beach this is probably best option.

Stayed in 2 room apartment. Location was great and staff was excellent. Room was new, clean with very nice sea view. Bed is great. However, Breakfast and lunch can do much better and vast improvement if were to compare with other 5* resort level.
