Comms from staff could’ve been more proactive (e.g didn’t know how to get into property until contacting upon arrival, although locker number and code could’ve been sent in advance). Helpful once you got in touch.

Really comfortable apartment in a great location. Relatively well-stocked with what you would need to cook a simple meal. Shower pressure good. Lots of amenity nearby (e.g supermarkets/7-11 downstairs). The pool is massive and the gym is helpful to have.

Only one or two spots unclean which is okay in big apartment. Bathrooms were immaculate.

Excellent location, excellent apartment with enough facilities as a package in itself. Clean enough. Good security guards and good safety system for families. Should we come back to Malaysia, will again book with wowhome. Provided extra hours for checkout and extra swipe card on request.

Floor mat, kitchen cloth were worn and has stains on it, it need to replace with the new one. Bathroom glass has bold watermark on it,  it seems they didn't clean it properly. Suggest owner to improve these and it will be great as others are okay. Only 1 bedroom has aircon on it.  The 2nd and 3rd bathroom are without wardrobe and aircon inside the room. We need to use living room's aircon. So you need to open the door in order to get the aircon in to both bedrooms. If you need privacy you need to consider this point.

Location is great, walking distance to Alor street and has some food stall & 711 beside the building. Host also quick respond and allowed us to check out at 12.00

2nd room was smaller than expected. Only one washroom for two bedrooms was inconvenient.

Robertson Residence—Confusing entry (the email with instructions was sent a very short time before check in not when we still had a Wi-Fi connection), no reception desk, 27th floor. Good shower. TV doesn’t work. And no instructions. Add a kitchen towel. Provide laminated instructions for the tv. Wonderful shower and washing machine.

Checkin process is bad. It's self checkin and they don't send instructions in advance, so if you arrive without internet it will be a big issue. Make sure to ask for instructions before you go. Wifi is a bit slow to work

Could be cleaner, upon check-in, only 1 toilet paper roll was provided for a 10 night stay and it was also dirty (had a yellow stain and all wrinkled like it was wet and dried later), totally not usable. Also only 2 towels were provided for 2 people for 10 nights wasn't reasonable. Staff brought additional TP & towels upon request though, so that was fine. However, 1 of the hangers also had a dry fruit stuck on it. There was also a mildly unpleasant smell from the toilet. We didn't report that because it was only mild. Just overall, these details just made us question how thorough the cleaning was if they missed such obvious issues (especially the toilet paper). On Sunday there is a lot of traffic on the street due to the church across from the building, allow some extra time for Grab pickup or meet your driver at the main street instead.

Lots of food options and activities nearby. Rather walkable, although some areas require you to walk around to cross bridges since there's no way to easily cross the streets. Location is also easy to get Grab.

Unfortunately the room is quite worn, much smaller than I thought it was going to be, beds were lumpy and hard, shower was only good for about 1 and half showers so with 4 people 2 of us having to shower cold.

unfortunately, there was an accident when the door got locked by itself and theres no spare key available in the apart, also the mirror is only in the main bedroom, theres no dispenser, and the broom was hard to use 🥲

the facilities are good such as television with netflix, and free wifi, fortunately theres a minimarket and a restaurant near the apart, and also it has a beautiful city scenery 🥰

It was in a great location just a short walk to Jalan Alor (eat street) and Jl Bukit Bintang. Very close by there were several 7/11 type convenience stores and some great cafe, eating and restaurants. The apartment had table and chairs and a comfortable sofa. It was very convenient to have a washing machine and a kitchenette.

Blanket on queen bed wasn't big enough for a queen bed which wasn't very comfortable for two people sleeping under. Sheets were synthetic. Room and bed didn't look like pictures. We also booked (and had confirmed) an apartment with bunks but were given one bed and foam mattress to put on floor. Wasn't ideal for our teenagers.

Great location, great air conditioning, apartment has everything you need. Pool is great.

The double mattress is old the springs were poking through and hurting our backs and need to be replaced I told the host and he sent his staff to bring a floor mattress but his staff showed me the thin mattress in the cupboard and under the other bed and I put it on top of the double mattress. It was comfortable then. I only stayed 2 nights .

If there's a booklet telling people where things are would be ideal, we took our washing to the laundry and only on the 2nd last day of our stay did I find where the washing was kept. But we really enjoyed our stay here
