Absolutely loved this place. I wholly and fully recommend it. My friend went on his honeymoon here and wouldn’t stop talking about it. I know why now. The staff are perfect. They tend to your every need. The room is gorgeous. The view is amazing. The food is fantastic. The lobby is a vibe. The bar area is an even bigger vibe. The whole place is just the absolute best. I can’t write enough about this place so if you take anything away, it’s to stay here

The staff were all very professional, warm, kind and always tried to address every need. The spa was great....the lady may have been petite, but gosh did she have strong hands. The pool was very beautiful. I spent many hours relaxing there. The room was very beautiful and meet all my needs. I appreciated Having a small selection of drinks in the mini fridge included in my room rate.... a great touch. I stayed for a few days for some "me time"... and I got just that. I'd love to stay again someday. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was of high quality and very appealing. Lastly, the monorail is a short, all be it very hot and steamy 7 min walk away, as we're several high quality food courts.

I like the decoration and friendly yet professional services that are provided. Also, its striking location can reach within walking distance. I love the poolside resting area; it's like being in a busy city but still enjoying peace and quiet.

Breakfast spread was quite limited for the price paid The ice tongs were very dusty in the cupboard Stayed for two nights but only first night had turn down service.

The location was good. Walkable to Pavillion, Bukit Bintang and KLCC Short taxi right to other attractions like TRX The room was spacious and dimmable lightings throughout the whole room was a nice touch for a comfortable stay

Throw pillow in the room looks so used and dirty. Hotel should consider changing this soon because it ruined the look.

What an amazing looking hotel. Feels welcomed the moment I enter the hotel. Check in done at the lounge area and they are well attentive and explained everything perfectly. Check in was quick and in less than 10min I'm already in my room.amazing room with comfortable bed and great tub and shower. great room layout . Hotel public areas are great and well designed. I would have given full points, but I found the kettle to be extremely dirty and there was a leftover orange juice in the fridge. This threw me off a bit as I am very vigilant over cleanliness. The hand bidet was very hard to press but I had that replaced on our second day there, so that's fine.

The room was spacious with a beautiful interior. Huge bathtub. Check-in was easy, staff were great and helpful. Breakfast and room service were delicious. Ample parking and easy to navigate. Amenities in the room were complete. Snacks, basic nespresso machine, and variety of canned drinks provided. The pool area at level 6 was a great place to just unwind and relax.

The location and where the hotel was situated tricky to find.

The ambiance, size and layout of the room. The cleanliness and decor of the room were very well set up and comfy bed and pillows. Especially the bathroom was very practical with its layout.

Some of the staffs were warm & friendly but some being sarcastic & judgy looking at me. Receptionist that handle my check in said that my credit card was a debit, straight asking me another credit card without trying for second time tap on the terminal. (Note: cc that was use in booking.com). Breakfast was average.

Location walking distance to pavillion & KLCC. i like the mini bar, bathtub, interior design of the room and overall hotel. the pool area cosy and lots of place to lay down and relax, We also changed the pillow type to memory foam pillow.

Best hotel we have stayed at! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with such intricate details reflecting Malaysian culture! The bed is super comfy. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The pool area is also amazing, relaxing and peaceful. The best of all is the staff. They all are calm and go out of their way to make us feel really taken care of! They take initiative to help, especially thankful to the reception staff for always thinking one step ahead. And also for the buffet staff for being courteous and helpful as we have 2 small kids. Our interactions with each and every single staff member was incredibly human and engaging, we feel so at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
