Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was further out of town centre than suggested by description, but a pleasant 15-20 min Riverside walk to restaurants and bars, museums, Stadhuys etc We had a fantastic meal at the restaurant 2 floors below the skywalk. Views were spectacular at night, food was very good and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for drinks and food.

The room and bathroom is spacious, and comfortable for 2A + 3C. Breakfast was so good and value for money. price is affordable.

SingaporeOnly 1 lift was working on a weekend. Imagine having to wait 30-45 mins for the lift. Rooms were on very high floors and taking the stairs was not an option. Anyway the door to stairs access was locked! What would happen if there was an emergency evacuation??

Chambermaid with their trolley using same lift. 3. Long queue before allow into Bfast Cafe since not enough table to cater for number of room/client. 4. No concierge.

I felt that having no salad bar and only 2 fruit selections was a bit disappointing Pillows are not very comfortable Not enough signboards to direct you to the right place - I spent quite a while dragging my luggage around trying to find concierge
