It was further out of town centre than suggested by description, but a pleasant 15-20 min Riverside walk to restaurants and bars, museums, Stadhuys etc We had a fantastic meal at the restaurant 2 floors below the skywalk. Views were spectacular at night, food was very good and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for drinks and food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful specially at the Cafe during breakfast. The suite was comfortable too.

The bathroom is not so privacy. the water park is under maintenance when we went there and were not informed. somw of the lights and plugs were not function.

The room and bathroom is spacious, and comfortable for 2A + 3C. Breakfast was so good and value for money. price is affordable.

I suggest the hotel can upgrade the glass as it a bit see transparent and not really suitable if you have teenage kids.

Only 1 lift was working on a weekend. Imagine having to wait 30-45 mins for the lift. Rooms were on very high floors and taking the stairs was not an option. Anyway the door to stairs access was locked! What would happen if there was an emergency evacuation??

1. Room is only big but empty, the empty space should equip with at least sofa and coffee table (since the name is Exec Suite) 2. Lift issue, esp during bfast and checkout time. Chambermaid with their trolley using same lift. 3. Long queue before allow into Bfast Cafe since not enough table to cater for number of room/client. 4. No concierge.

the control valve for water in shower. if you turn it a bit more, the water gets really really hot and this is dangerous for kids and those who are unaware.

they gave me a high floor as requested. Sea view, river view and city view is a bonus. clean room, nearby 99mart and food..walk to melaka river is just 5mins plus

but too early close because the operating for swimming pool estimate from 7am to 7pm. i arrived around 6pm after check in then cannot enjoy the pool.

pool - suitable for kids to play. parking - from staff explanation still abit confuse but after parking at level 7 / level 8 very convenient

Biggest pain was the waiting time to get lift service. Though they mentioned its for peak hours- if you stay in high floor its difficult to access the lift at our convenience

Facilities are a little bit old Breakfast felt bare and basic. You can get your cereals, eggs, bread etc but don't expect a fancy spread. I felt that having no salad bar and only 2 fruit selections was a bit disappointing Pillows are not very comfortable Not enough signboards to direct you to the right place - I spent quite a while dragging my luggage around trying to find concierge

Very good location - walkable distance to Jonkers and main areas e.g. Tong Bee Parking is free Gym and pool looks very good, but didn't have the chance to utilize Excellent place if you need a comfortable place to stay but spend most of your time outside

Good for the management tried to improve lift services during peak period. However it is still not working well since need to wait for lift more than half an hour. Maybe need to think another alternative.

Anyway,there was communication breakdown between reception n housekeeping. My family supposed to check out late but housekeeper entered our room without our concern(we were not in our room during that time) Pls be xtra careful in future.... Pls do brainstorming among ur admin regarding the lift issues.. really wasting time to Q for lift..
