We had a lot of issues with the toilet not working, and found the responsiveness from staff very slow. We were eventually upgraded to a new and nicer room, which was appreciated, but that was after more than a day with a stinky bathroom and a toilet that didn't work. The room also needed a deep clean.

We loved the pool and the beds were super comfortable.

Late response from staff.. Normally staff will text u through whatsapp first about the house, not this host.. Have to ask them first and lil bit slow respond.. I think using email for guide self check in is not necessary.. Just use whatsapp instead.. Parking also need to pay.. Overall is good 👍🏻

Parking has to be paid per hours. i jus found small cockroachs at this level.im not really happy for check in time at 3pm haha.. hopefully host can revised it. thanks

There was some construction going on next door. We contacted LW Suites, asking if we could be moved to a different apartment. They said they would look into it, but nothing happend during our stay of 2 days.

Too much sunlight in rooms. There should be more curtains. If you are a night owl, you gonna have difficulty sleeping.

Plumbing in the building is not great - bathroom can be a bit smelly. Minor issue. Smell doesn't reach the bedroom. No hot water in shower but given temperatures outside, this isn't a problem.

Second time staying here. Brilliant yet again. Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Host is very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp. Pool is luxurious. Amazing value for money. Walking distance from everything in KK. Great rainfall shower and air conditioning.

Some of the kitchen stuff was not complete, such as handwash, dish cloth, garbage plastic, kitchen's knife & the scissor.Those stuffs are most wanted @ needed if you stay more than a day with family...😃

The fee of the car parking.. if you have car, the place charge quite an expensive for the parking.. For the 1st 3 hour - RM3 and the every 1hour - RM1. You do the maths.. not worth it. Very very expensive. The management need to do something about it. Parking fee is insanely BAD.

The internet modem was having problem.. slight delay assistant received from the staff but they do come to check it. Am thankful for the good service. Good service indeed.

The room is separated by a sliding door. Not 1 bed per bedroom. However, it was okay. Need to pay regular parking rates.

The location is very strategic, literally in front of the Phillipines market. Can walk. The tv is connected to Netflix so can hangout and watch movies. Got coway also..

Had to pay for the parking...wouldnt have stay here if i knew it...this area had a heavy trafficking and most of the time every parking area had a double parking vehicle which is hard to find one to park

Linen looked clean at first glance but it had funny smell we’re wondering if it was really changed before our stay. Bathroom smelled like wet dirty mop. Floor a bit sticky. The apartment itself was actually very nice, it was just a very poor housekeeping service. Please improve.

The view & the location!! Really love it! Check in was easy too but i’m a bit concerned about the safety of leaving the room unlocked for check in.

The sea view unit we stayed in got smelly sinkholes Queueing up for the elevators at peak time (check in @3pm) was exhausting
