The hotel was quite outdated. Please make sure everything in your hotel is usable/accessable. Lift was quite scary when operating, tbh feel abit scare when was in & using it. Please update/upgrade your hotel. The breakfast menu was so little/limited. In future can add variety of menu. Vegetarian option is not much.

The room was ok & quite huge for two person stay. All the staff was friendly & helpful.

My aircon makes a vibrating noise on and off. Hear dragging of chairs and table from floor above. The lifts is very slow and not enough when it is peak hour. And the bathroom has no lock.

The location is near to Jonker st, Ban Lee Siang lok lok satay. Many other eateries.

Need to que to eat hotel breakfast, need to wait for the elevator almost 20-30minutes. There are 4 elevators , but only 2 elevator works. Really troublesome for those having small kids

Had to pay extra for children's breakfast. They are simple eaters. We were not charged for children's breakfast in our previous hotel of stay in Malacca.

My children liked the swimming pool. We liked it because of the shopping mall with lots of entries.

Carpark and lift to carpark can be confusing. And lift was super slow and without aircond/ventilation. Staying at the most upper floor was bit unfortunate. Need to wait for the lift and stuck inside lift without proper ventilation.

Breakfast included the most convenient hotel to stay with family. View was superb from top floor. Only the free carpark was bit tedious.and the lift was super slow/no ventilation. overall the room was good. Would probably rebook the same hotel if i have chance to go to melaka again

The only downside was the lift. Even the building has 4 elevators, it couldn’t cater the crowds mostly on peak hours (during breakfast and check-out time).

Hotel room was clean, beds were comfortable for family, view superb from floor 38. Swimming pools and gym were also great!

I was at 19th floor. Checked in saturday, checked out sunday. During peak to check out, 4 lift available is quite ridiculious. Waited for 1 hour for lift but always full, not attendent to attend the lift. We in the middle of 40+ level building are stuck there. Therefore we use stairs with so many bags to carry with my pregnant wife to the 8th floor parking. Please improve so others would not suffer like this

Please service the air conditioner. Its full of dust. My room also not as cold as it should be maybe because of the dusty air conditional.

Location (near to kampung morten) Breakfast is delicious, but not so much choice. Hotel is value for money. Easy parking (maybe because not in peak time). The pool is great (my kids enjoyed it much). Room is clean, everythings is in good condition except the air conditioner.

The hotel is in a complex of several high buildings, making it difficult to find a sunny spot by the pool. Also, people might find it a little bit too far from the tourist attractions.

The hotel is located about a 20 minutes walk from Malaka old town, and provides a very pleasant walk into town. If you are feed up with walking, there is a river taxi you can use, with a stop right outside the hotel. The hotel has a pool and a gym. The breakfast is very good with an excellent choice of dishes.

The elevator is terrible.. got so many units at each flr.. But only 4 elevators for about 30++ flr, each flr got ard 15 unit if not mistaken.. I bring down my luggage using staircase.. Cannot afford to waste anymore time waiting.. I've wait abt 30min. 😑😑 Other service is good.. Repeat there? Maybe not.. 😅😅

The elevator very bad experiences. I'm disable person and to wait more than half and hour for the lift is very long and taking a lot of time. And also very inconvenient for elderly people with some health issues. Pls upgrade
