This is one of the best hotels that I ever been to! The property is gorgeous. The private beach is also amazing with breathtaking views! The breakfast buffet is one of the best! There is a wide selection and everything tasted amazing. The property and room was very clean. My room was just amazing. It was spacious and had an amazing view of the beach. All the restaurants at the St Regis are veryyyy good! The staff is so genuine and helpful. I love the tour that they give you when you check in. I highly recommend staying here! Don’t even think twice, you will love your stay!

Beach, but obviously beyond your control. Deck Chairs / Loungers are not comfortable and need replacing. Food choice outside breakfast somewhat restrictive.

beautiful resort in typical St. Regis style with white marble, high ceilings and their own fragrance. but best about it is the outstanding level of service and hospitality. whole team were wonderful hosts during our 12 days stay. the beach is beautiful, the pool is great. compared to what you get, it’s a bargain. thanks to the whole team for making our stay so exceptional.

The private pool in our room needs a little upkeep. some of the outdoor wood flooring was already loose and are very dangerous for kids. The curtain around the pool also needs fixing. Beach was quite sad. It was not swimmable. Water was murky. Sand was nice only until a certain part.

Excellent service and hospitality. When we came we were greeted by a very attentive staff (Joey) he kept my girls occupied with ice creams, coloring books while waiting for our room to be ready. Most of the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Whole place was breathtaking. Room was spacious complete with all amenities. Food was excellent too! Breakfast spread was great with smooth and fast service.

The beach, while looking very nice, is not really swimmable - murky water and a somewhat slimy bottom. Sunbeds are really huge, as if made for avatars, and not particularly comfortable.

Fantastic experience - high standard well run resort. Large size well equipped room with the sea view. Very comfortable bed. Attentive professional staff promptly attending to all our needs. Very nice breakfast. Would happily return.

The location of the hotel is very convenient it is nearby the center of the city and the airport only in 30min. The hotel is well looking in Arabic style. The staff is friendly and caring. Good is too delicious, it’s the first time when we had 3 meals per day. All dishes are great. The room service is also good.

The soft pillows which were too soft for me. I prefer slightly firmer pillows. I had a fall in the bathroom while using the room slippers as the floor was quite slippery so i advise to not to use the room slippers in the bathroom

The swimming pool was cold. Private pool was not covered from outside. You have to ask for curtin. It took us two nights and when given, it was not covered in full. Make sure you request this at time of booking.

The beach. The location itself is good since it’s away from the bustling Cenang and yet has a lot of stores nearby but the beach was just so-so. Also the room was a bit of a walk to the main lobby.

The complimentary services and hospitality. The service ls a provided was splendid and efficient, it made our stay very pleasant. We took the private pool villa and it was wonderful.

We signed up for a 1.5 hour sunset cruise with the hotel, that was operated by a third party. Turned to be a poor experience. There wasn’t any much cruising, simply going very slowly in circles around a small breakwater and they were blasting loud Hindi music throughout; a total departure from what one would expect of a St. Regis experience. Including the 45 min travel each direction, we wasted 4 hours of our lives and 600RM… Beach had a lot of flies particularly during the low tide.
