1. Had to wait for my room to be ready eventhough i arrived at 4pm. 2. I called before booking and was told to book 1king size bed room and 1twins bed room to be able to have a connecting room as ive 1oku son. But when i arrived they told me there is no such thing and that i have to pay extra to have a suites rooms in order to get a connecting room. 😡 3. I book for breakfast 2adults in a room but for my room i only came with 1 adult n 2 child under 12. They still charge 1child. Some hotel they will consider 1adult=2child. As the price for 1 adult is double for a child. 4. The internet was not easy to log into.

The wi-fi in the room can be improved.

The a/c and water heater were working. The floor I was given was a non-smoking floor and true enough, no smell of smoke on the carpet floor. All the amenities and necessities were good. The best part is I could walk to Jonker street and burn a bit of calories at that. Less than 1km and you cut through some shopping malls which makes the walk even better.

My room (1016) had few problems. Firstly the wifi facility in my room was not available and after complaining to the front desk, the receptionist advised to connect using another room's wifi. I booked 2 rooms (1015 & 1016) and both rooms' wifi was cut-off on the last day of stay even before check-out time. Secondly, inter room telephone call to both rooms are out of order.

The hotel location is ideal as it is within walking distance to the tourist attractions such as Jonker Walk, A Famosa, historical buildings and the museums. Shopping malls - Mahkota Parade & Dataran Pahlawan as well as many good restaurants and convenience store are very close to the hotel.

I dont like the pool boy. The pool boy does not have the motivation to work. He was just hiding behind his table...does not have any courtesy to help us...

I love the reception guy in the reception hotel lobby.. The room is nice and we have a pleasant stay with our kids...

Need to improve on housekeeping and front desk. Housekeeping forget to clean my room despite giving a call to front desk in the morning. My room sink tap leaking despite maintenance team repaired.

Price is affordable and area around the hotel is easy accessible.

It would be really great if Netflix was included, and basics like some plates n cutlery were made available in the room.

The family suite was comfortable and very pleasant. The location of the hotel was great. Staff response was quick and courteous whenever an issue was highlighted. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Everything was nice, if I could give a suggestion, it would be about the bathroom: the light is very weak and probably for more than one guest, having only one towel per person is too little. (I was fine because I was alone, so I used both of them ;)

Perfect position within walking distance you could have everything, nice and comfy room with spacious bathroom and kitchen area. Toiletries, coffee/tea set and water given was a big plus. Good WiFi for working. Nice pool on top for refreshing a bit. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

The Suites is sharing with another hotel (Noble), breakfast was so packed with guests from both hotels. Foods were okay, but so packed with people that you find it hard to choose your foods. The (additional) tables were setting too far away from the buffet line (if it is full house). It was a bit messy.
