Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaThere are very few television programs and there is almost no signal when watching. The cleanliness is okay, but I hope it can be improved because there is dirt on the mattress sheets.
All the facilities provided in the room are good. There is a mat and a Qibla direction indicator. The air conditioner is cool and easy to control. The water heater and water pressure are very good. The location of this hotel is very good, it is easy to go to interesting places here. Parking is also very easy.

SingaporeThis hotel has seen better days, and it feels like covid has really hit it hard. The cost savings are beginning to be felt by the guest, but ironically those small savings are the things that make people feel welcome and comfortable. It used to be good value, rooms were comparable with the Hatten, but this time I felt that next time, I might pay a bit more to check out the competitors. I feel sad though. I liked this hotel.
I still like the room layouts, I like the neighbourhood it is in, i have stayed here often, and I feel like this neighbourhood is my home from home.

The layout of the hotel room deco and the location is quite near (walking distance) to the restaurants and other places of interest. The amenities (toothbrush, sewing kit, shaver, shower cap, shower/shampoo soap).
