The STAFF! Such awesome people!! They helped me out numerous times with information on where to go and what to see and eat. They are really friendly and funny too 😁 the hostel is spotless, floors are super clean, and so are the bathrooms. Loved the kitchen for cooking as well. Air-conditioning was beautiful, especially during the heat, which is 24 hours of hotness, lol. The owner is a wonderful human, so friendly and kind. I recommend the spa next door. I loved it. My stay was great. Thank you!!

Water supply is a issue as sometime there's no water in the evening & night.

The biggest problem with this hostel is the air conditioning that doesn't work during the day. It's very stuffy to be inside during the day. and the second problem is a very bad breakfast.

I liked the capsule, the friendly staff and the location of the hostel.

I didn’t like 2 things - a very bad breakfast (1 package of sliced ​​bread, half a jar of some strange jam and half a jar of margarine for all guests) and the fact that the air conditioning is turned off for the whole day. and since there is no forced ventilation in the sleeping room, it is very stuffy and hot there.

I liked the friendliness of the hostel staff and their willingness to help. as well as cleanliness in all areas.

In my stay, There are a few toilet that are under maintanance. Also sink is under maintanance. Hope its already better.

I booked a dorm with aircond. It’s clean and they provide you a very comfy comforter and towel. The hostel is clean and the staff were friendly. They have common kitchen and common area with a hot/cold water dispenser. The toilet is clean with strong water and heater. Importantly they provide you with breakfast.

I had a problem with the no AC room I was staying in, but they solved it immediately by moving me to another room.

All of the staff was always very helpful, for the price a good solution if you are looking for a hostel in a very central location.

The staff here are very friendly, informative and very helpful in all perspectives. They have always respond immediately if you need any assistances and they would still show you around like it was the first time even tho have a couple of times staying here. The capsule very clean and comfortable, breakfast included, they have pantry and also a huge space of living room. Location is perfect for me.
