There was not enough toilet paper provided and showering was very uncomfortable.

The location is close to downtown, midway between Kuala Lumpur Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. It is also close to the subway station, so transportation is convenient. You can stay there at a reasonable price. The city view outside the window is nice.

The access card to enter the tower is bit tricky. Some part of the room is abit rundown but doesn't rly affect the stay much. Bed is bit soft for our liking.

Spacious studio apartment. High floor which is great. Can see a small part of klcc from the room. Great location, short walk to train station. Pool is beautiful and easily accessible. Host is vry friendly and attended to us through WhatsApp to make check in and any enquiries easy.

The main picture is fake, your view is another building. The staff was a little rude and careless forgetting the clean the bathroom. I checked in really late so he had plenty of time. The view wasn’t great either

Service is really poor.. Not proper reception for check in you have to call a specific agent to check you in and wait for him.. Had to wait 20mn on arrival and 45mn upon check out after notifying the agent to come down to get mt deposit back..

We Choose this Place as we wanted to be able to cook our food to avoid additional expenses ! The place was well located and on first seeing it look very good but : 1/ The curtain that seperate the bathroom and the toilet was too short and when we take our bath all the water went to the toilet side. 2/ The microwave , the cooking lamp and the washing machine were unserviceable and when we inform the keeper that you gave us only two towels for two persons for three days so we need to wash them at least .The microwave is important for us to heat our food so he told us that this will be replaced on the next day but in the mean time you can use the cooking lamp but on my surprise the cooking lamp also was not working and the Microwave have never been replaced! 3/ The Mattress of the bed was in very bad condition and we decided to turn it upside down and what was our surprise to see the garbage's that were under the bed and this is why my wife allergies start again! We request a discount with the keeper which was refused categorically.

The location trick.

I am surprised that our booking after completion is canceled by property. The location they put in booking dot com shows it is next to Petronas. Unfortunately, when my family reach the place. the staff say it is not the building. It is more than a kilometer away from Petronas. I regret booking this as we lost our chance to serve our purpose with our transit there because of these misrepresentation.
