We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were excellent and could not do enough. Calvin (from reception) and Diego (from the bar) were particularly attentive. The breakfast was extremely extensive and would suit all tastes. Beautiful view from the pool and bar area. The hotel provides lots of little extra perks, such as high quality toiletries, a "snack hour", free coffee and biscuits at reception, chocolates in the bedroom etc.

Brunei DarussalamThe hotel was almost perfect as this is a four star hotel. Surprisingly the downsides were mostly on poor staff attitude and very likely due to lack of proper training. Almost all staff in the hotel don't greet people which is very unusual especially in Sarawak, Brunei and Sabah regions. The Receptionist during my Check in did not greet me nor invite me in a queue to her table. There was no porter service to bring your luggage to hotel room I have to carry my big bags to my room with kid!!! The lady at the breakfast entry never greeted guests good morning. If you are "white", all her teeth will came out shinning. I have to be the one greet her good morning first @%@%£#!!! What an obvious discrimination towards your own kind. We were helping ourselves to some infused water at the lobby on our way back from town and there was a lady at the concierge staring at me and my wife. I had to ask her " Ada masalah ??, untuk orang puteh sahaja kah?? " before she quickly ran away. I could have asked for the GM to come out. Therefore, what services tax am i paying your hotel for ?? Maybe I should ask for service tax refund from the hotel. I really felt insulted to be staying there in future. What an unbelievable experience !!!
The hotel room is very clean and the beds were very soft and comfy. They are designed to send you for a great time in dreamland. Breakfast spread was excellent! Laksa is always on the menu. However pastry wasn't great and you get freshly made bread only on Sunday. The location of the hotel is great for anyone who doesn't rent a car. Otherwise, it's very far away to get to most other parts of Kuching e.g AEON mall, The Spring, Vivacity or Gala City.
