Be aware quite a distance from the downtown area. A good 20 monute drive .Especially in the traffic of early evening.

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was provided and was adequate.. Will drive you to the downtown or the jetty in the morning. Csn arrange transport back to the airport if needed.

Great stay in general! The rooms were nice and had plenty of space, and the place is really charming too, but what really shines is the great attention provided by the hosts. Chai, Nani and Asphal helped us with every one of out needs and even last minute requests worked out perfectly. The meals they cooked for us were probably the bests we had during out whole time in Borneo and the shuttle service to the Jetty in Semporna came in very handy and made staying away from the town (which I highly recommend) feel like not a problem at all. I will also leave a special thank for letting me and my wife be part of their Hari Raya celebrations. Whenever we are back in Borneo, we’ll definitely stay there again!

AC doesn’t work very well during the day time, but at night it does its job.

Amazing staff, very attentive. Always they wanted to help. Free shuttle to town and jeti. They can arrange your tours and their butter chicken is out of this world! Great option when in Semporna. The owner Mr. Chai is always there to help. Thank you!

Great little spot in a jungle neighborhood. Super friendly owners. We were hungry when we arrived and they were making chicken curry for their lunch, and added us to the preparations. Very unique location. I slept really well then off the next day for diving.

The owner/ proprietor was a motor bike enthusiast and seemed to spend all his time tinkering. It felt like the property was a sideline. He wasn't there to wish us goodbye. However, his assistant was very helpful. The propertry was a long way to the jetty area of Semporna and always took ages through crawling traffic.

Breakfast was simple but pleasant. It varied from day to day. The toast was exactly toast but hot, limp. slightly toasted bread. No butter was supplied. The room was very clean. Some roses (plastic) had been placed on the bed. Nice touch. The breakfast area was lovely, overlooking a green area.

we had to figure out ourselves the ins and outs of the room/facilities/transport .. perhaps prepare a short briefing on the do's / don'ts for the guests when they arrive.

staff very nice , breakfast very basic but made with passion. Restaurant area very laidback and owner gives you space to relax. Room very clean but basic. All good. Owner always up for a good conversation, and gives you good information on the tour facilities around the area.

This place is an oasis right out of the caos of the city of Semporna. The hotel is surrounded by nature and very calm, the hospitality and dedication of the staff is unmatched. They drove us wherever we needed to go, booked an island hopping tour for us, made recommendations, cooked home-made breakfast, etc, and in general, kept an eye on us at all times. would 100% recommend.

Great accomodation. Lovely garden setting. Clean and spacious. Great car service which we used to get into Semporna. Hosts were so lovely and nothing was a problem. They cooked a lovely dinner for our family of 5 and breakfast was good. Host organised our transport to Tawau airport. Would definitely rebook if I found myself in the area again.

Surprisingly far out of town- staff will drive you from town back to the property, so as long as you avoid peak hours, this is no issue

Excellent service by Penny and Zahid. They provided transportation service to and from the jetty, took us to buy cheap fresh seafood and Penny also cooked the seafood for us.

We thought the bathroom smelt a bit bad.

I loved the location, it was immersed in nature and away from the busy crowds and buildings. The staff were really helpful and kind, they had really good recommendations and drove us there happily.
