Its not too much of an issue for us. But pls note that since its in Juara beach, the property is on the other side of the island so you need to pretty much arrange your 4x4 transport which incurs extra cost.

The beach front lodge was pretty cosy. Waking up with the sunrise right in front of you is pretty amazing on its own. Staff and all dive masters are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Climate super humid so be prepared that clothes not dry fast :) check if the pillows etc has mold dots. I got an allergic reaction. Staff changed the pillow immediately when I noticed and asked. It seems like there is darkened windows in the room and curtains that give privacy. Check night time the visibility from outside. I realized that having lights on in my room, one can see in the room even curtains are there.

The location close to the beach is amazing! The staff was really nice and super helpful with everything, including transport and activities like snorkeling trips. The room itself was nothing special, but definitely enough and you can't complain at such rates. We had a great experience and can definitely recommend staying with Rudy!

The location right on the beach with sunrise views is amazing. The beach and sea are very close and fantastic for swimming & snorkeling. The dive centre is also located there and the diving is very professional and the instructors very knowledgeable about the dive sites. Lots of marine life spotted whilst diving. In the area are plenty of nice local restaurants at all types of budgets. The staff here are amazing and made our stay very pleasant and unforgettable. They arranged everything from the transfers to the diving, and driving to different restaurants. WiFi at the location very fast. A/C worked well.

Beachfront rooms. Basic but comfortable. Very friendly and kind staff who made us feel at home there. Easy access to local stalls and restaurants. Can arrange for fun dives and snorkelling trip to Coral Island with them.

Nothing to do with the accommodation. But the sand flies are a little annoying. Use coconut oil and everything will be fine :)

We stayed 2 weeks with Pavlina and Brian and their 2 sweet kids and the diving crew and loved it so much, they soon felt like family. Everyone is so nice and the diving experience was great. We did a open water diver course with Rudy and are now addicted to diving:) the food at the beach was so tasteful and all the locals were so nice.

Bed is a little harder than I'm used to but overall great stay. Towels were more like blankets but they were fine.

Staff is super friendly. Bathroom is spacious so even though it's a wet-room you can shower easily without wetting the whole place. Good amenities: shampoo & soap, kettle, cups and water filter provided. There's many paid activities to choose from and snorkelling equipment is RM15 per day.

just one neutral point: there is no possibility to get waked up by sunrise without showing the whole content of the room to the outside. because there are only blackouts curtains. Semi-transparent curtains would be nice.

Everyday is sunday! :-) The location, people/host/personal, the view, the atmosphere, the beach, the sea, the sunset and sunrise, the casualness, just relaxing. It’s possible to stay here without having any dive. You don’t need to be afraid of getting asked every time if you want to dive or snorkel. If we could we would stay here for weeks. But we want to see more of this country :-)

Mattress a little bit too soft if you have back pain. Pillows are a little bit too big and can hurt your neck. Would be great add on to have some privacy film on the windows so that people can’t look into the room from outside.

Location is amazing. Staff is top. Rooms are clean. Big fridge. Nice veranda. You have restaurants and super market nearby. Mosque 100m away if you’re muslim and look to pray with locals. Kettle, water, Nescafé all available at no extra costs. Overall, GREAT value for money.

Tiongman is a really beautiful accommodation. the budget rooms are simple but clean and the house is situated directly at the beach. The staff is awesome!!! so friendly and helpful in every concern. also really good to talk to!

Since we went there almost monsoon season, most of the eatery shop is closed and we couldn't went for our snockeling trip also. It also could hv been better if the surrounding was keep clean & better lighted
