The door closure from your neighbours was very loud. You can hear them from inside room and could get you startled.

room is clean and quiet although at strategic location. breakfast simple but more than enough. Welcome drinks is provided. As due to aircon suddenly leaking around 9.30pm, staff let me change room with an upgraded room immediately.

The pool area could do with more shade in form of umbrellas and sun beds. Some need replacement but were very comfortable.

A beautiful hotel in a nice area not far from Jonker Street and the river of old Melaka. The room was very comfortable and like everything else, very clean. The pool area was fantastic and a nice garden area above this for Yoga. Breakfast was good in nice setting and Cynthia made sure all was provided.

The breakfast. The day before you had to chiuse between two options and they would cook it for you in the morning. Coffee was really bad, considering that there are so many local great recipes this was really unexpected. The location is yes close to the city but the street is pretty empty when walking alone back at night. Nothing happened but maybe for another solo female traveller I would pick something more close to the city.

The hotel is nicely furnished and gives you the 4 stars feeling. The room is big and elegant. It is relatively close to the main attractions, 15" walk. Beware is 15" walk under a 35°C sun can feel like an hour. So if you are looking for almost no walking I'd chose a facility even more in the city. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool. The staff was very nice and kind.

The breakfast let’s the hotel down and staff don’t meet and greet you which is quite unusual in a hotel restaurant.

Our room was quite small but very comfortable, the hotel pool and rooftop outdoor seating area was lovely and very quiet during our stay. The hotel is in the Little India area and just a short walk to the main centre, market area, shops, river etc. we enjoyed having a loom round and there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, all we visited were very good with friendly staff and good service. You have to pre-order your breakfast which was fine but the hotel may be better in just offering a continental selection.

Didn't like the glass door between the bathroom and bed area. It was not pleasant having to lower a loud curtain every time you wanted to use the bathroom. Breakfast could have used more fruit selections.

The breakfast is very disappointing. Malacca has so many great breakfast venue choices, the breakfast at Treasures is at best mediocre. Suggest the hotel gives a discounted, without breakfast option.

I always like the room layout, cleanliness and facilities. I particularly like the small roof top pool.

The toilet bowl stability, every time we sit on it, there's a loud sound that startles everyone, think it needs to be fixed and looked into. Also, it would be nice if there were some hooks around in the toilet area for hanging shirts or pants.

Great size, lovely pool area… friendly staff. Good location just out of the old town which works well the local area is great to explore…with Less than 5 min walk to river area.
