My shower is a bit dirty, Hope the housekeeper can clean the bathroom properly with mold and stain cleaner to clear up all the mold at the shower tiles.

The parking, not in good condition. the staff not very friendly and talk nicely like usually receptionist. The ladies staff more friendly to man. Not guided the guest very well, maybe it's the first time they came.

TV keep losing its signal. Loud hotel music were playing at hall way. Had to ask then to turn it down a bit. But they were nice to accommodate to that.

A guy, maybe their maintenance staff opened our room door with their access card with reason has received a complaint about electricity. But we never complained about an issue with the electricity. We were sleeping and that time was 11.30 pm. We were very shocked. He gets to our room without knocking on the door. We felt not safe. Room number 326. However, the room and bathroom are nice and awesome.

The price rm 300 per night.. crazy and extend per hour rm 30. Thats a 5 star hotel price not a 3 star.

Everything seems to be nice. I paid rm 300 for a night, definitely not worth it for the price. Normally 5 star hotel for that price. But if the price was 150 and below it is acceptable. Overall nice hotel to stay and friendly staff for me.

1. Limited parking space. 2. There are spider webs in the room. Staff should have do the cleaning properly. 3. The room not that sound proof. We can hear the voice from other room and I assume it is vice versa.

There was no armchair and mini coffee table, which could have been provided for a place to sit in the room. There should be a way for guest to indicate that they do not want to be disturbed. There was no label for 'make up room & do not disturb' that is usually be found in hotel rooms for guest to hang at the door. We were woken up by loud banging on the door by rude housekeeping staff who thought it was funny to announce that it is a Marrybrown room service. After I told them we had not ordered any room service, the staff then announced that they were knocking on the door to make up the room. There was mould on the wall tiles below the shower.

Modern & spacious room with comfortable beds and bedding. Bathroom was spacious with a rain shower.

As for my experience, I booked the room based on the description rather than seeing the pictures. The details given '1 large double bed' but what I get is 2 single bed. I almost cancel my holiday because feel very disappointed when I checked in. After being explained by the hotel staff, it seems that the picture is more accurate than the description.

I've booked this hotel because it is near to the beach and easy access to stall/restaurants and convenience store. Even the parking hotel was fully occupied but the place nearby have many parking lot

The room that I was in has watermark from leaking ceiling. It didn’t cause me any inconvenient but didn’t that pleasing to the eyes

Poor sound proofing - was awake by neighbour's few continuous alarms since 5AM in the morning 🥱 The toilet roll holder is weird like its locking the tissue roll in it ,when i try to reach it it was standing horizontal so i give up to avoid spoiling the thing 😅

after i check in , one staff open the door suddenly without knocking the door. lucky i aware , then he just went out and closed back the door. so dangerous for me.
