Unfortunately cleaning was not so good during our stay with lots of ants/cockroaches(however manageable), due to pest control done before our arrival.

host has sent us detailed instructions on mail and whatsApp. We have stayed there on weekdays, so less crowd. Unit was good with mentioned facilities and services. Process for check-in/out, using facilities and parking was clear and good. Resort has good water activities for children and family along with beach activities. Indian vegetarian food was available and tasty in restaurant, also retail shop was there to buy some items. great stay overall.

As the room was booked under different agent which is not belong to resort. So certain things like towel at swimming pool will need yo pay the deposit in cash. Also, room have slight infestation of ants around the kitchen and living room.

Resort are pretty well equipped with facilities such as water park, swimming pool, fun fair center to allowed my family to enjoy our stay.

The digital lock key wasn't working even though we have tried a gazillion times and followed every step provided (steps were actually quite detailed but confusing at the same time), and eventually had to call the owner. The owner had to arrange for his 3rd party cleaners to come while we wait outside the unit. The helper came to help to unlock the door using manual keys. Thankfully it was resolved but it was a pretty long wait, imagine with a baby with us as well. By that time, it's already nearly 1hr plus from our arrival. Owner was kind to provide us a late checkout time.

This is a privately owned property hence we were contacted directly to the owner. Communication was prompt and details were given prior to our stay. Location of the room is also good, its at the quieter portion of the Lotus Hotel, just a short walk to the beach/pool area. We appreciated the quietness and calmness away from the crowd, noise and sound.

I somehow ended up booking into a private accomodation. Perhaps it was cheaper than booking into the actual resort owned accomodation. I suspect the resort accomodation may have had a cleaner bathroom and fridge. Booking.com should announce from the beginning that it is a privately owned 2 room apartment.

Lotus beach and spa was a very nice atmosphere, offering plenty of activities suitable for all ages. Delightful staff and well keep lawns and gardens.

I don't like when we did self check in which is for us when too tired and we have to read all the guidelines from the apartment owner.

The building and apartment are very dated, would not describe as luxurious. Booking directly with the hotel would have been much better value for money for us as breakfast and towel card would have been included. to add these on arrival the cost our apartment was significantly more than if we had just booked direct.

2 bed and 2 bath, size was good. communication with owner was excellent.
