Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaB1-21-09 back of bathroom door of the Master Bedroom have old stains. Windows still have dried cement. Wet bathroom floor after shower & water is not hot enough for both baths. Stained water heater & cooking utensils. Price - RM159 but exclude cleaning RM80 on the first screen ( To fish) After clicking is RM230+ include cleaning (The Real Deal) Should have just say RM230+ Anyway, the pricing is right for a 3 bedded facility except my Group smelt something fishy. Parking - the windy road leading to the Parking bays up to the 8th Floor are too windy & it is really a deal breaker for any repeats.

MalaysiaIf you have visitors, there is no parking available for them. It seems that the management in this accommodation has closed off public parking for visitors, and advised to "park outside". However, outside would be the main road and your car would be clamped. So your visitors would need to use Grab if they would like to visit you.
The facilities were really nice at this accommodation. I would recommend visitors to check it out especially if you love swimming, working out or climbing!

ThailandThe towels were small and thin, with nowhere to hang them in the bathroom. There were twin shower heads in each bathroom, but only one supplied hot water, and it wasn't explained at all. Ditto for all the switches and remotes - there are a lot. Also, once we were in the apartment, our questions were ignored. The apartment complex was almost complete (as of early Dec 2023) but not quite. Still some construction noise within the building which was annoying.
The pickup was very easy - lots of info & pics were supplied. The apartment was nice with a great view. Filter water was a nice touch.

MalaysiaThe host didn’t reply my call and my message.The terrible thing was the lift,has been waiting for more than 45 min from 16th floor to 9th floor car park.Only two lifts were working,no air condition inside the lift.They need me to bank in rm300 deposit before check in,I did but return need 24hours.Two bath rooms floor get wet after shower and no shampoo at one of the bath room.Before booking,the photo showed has a single bed and sofa bed but only found a single mattress and sofa.Not recommended.This was the first time and also the last time.The cultery also not enough for 4paxes
