Cleanliness can be improved, the luggage rack is suitable for one cabin luggage so my partner have to place another luggage on the floor.

No restaurant within, however, there are many around, the Jetty Food Court is just 300mtr away.

At the heart of Georgetown, most of the UNESCO Heritage sites are around, within walking distance. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is OK.

The music venue across the street had loud, not very good singers performing until after 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, which we could hear clearly from our room facing the street. The free wifi codes given to guests are only good for two devices, so if you have two people in a room and each has more than one device, you have to go back to the front desk to ask for more. They're good for five days, so if you stay longer than that, you'll also have to ask for new ones.

A very modern, comfortable hotel in a good location within walking distance of almost everything in George Town. The air conditioning is great, the shower is fully enclosed and has good water pressure, and there are outlets all over the room. If you like to sleep in pitch darkness, you'll love the blackout curtains. And the big wardrobe is very useful if you're staying long enough to unpack. My wife accidentally left a ring in the room when we checked out; the cleaning staff found it and returned it to us.

The hotel staff pretend as if it's fully booked and all you can see is the staff chatting freely with no customers around. They purposefully wasted our time over 3pm to give our room although there was no crowd of customers. It was extremely hot that day and we had to roam around uselessly just to pass the time. Also, the pictures are not true. There is no view from the balcony. Also no roof if it rains and you have kept your stuff outside they may as well get ruined.

It was clean. When we came back, the bed was made and the towels were changed.

You can still hear a bit sound from the street at night.

Clean, spacious, stylish and comfortable. AC worked really well. Responsive staff. Old town, art street and jetty are within walking distance. Convenience store just next door and coffee shop accross the street.

The Wifi was not good at all and completely unusable. Moreover, the Phone signals in the room were bad as well. So it was very hard to work from the room.

Breakfast with the Room was excellent, while the Room itself was comfortable. The location as well was great with the harbor and ferry within walking distance.

Toilet hose pressure was very poor but the shower pressure was brilliant so not sure how that works.

WiFi Connection is really bad. Our bathroom was really dark and the Shower had lot of mold Inside. Further was the glassdoor and mirror of the room Not really Clean. And the room was poorly soundproofed. We hung Out the sign for cleaning the room in the morning and in the afternoon, when we came Back to Rest it was still not Made (around 5:30 pm). The service at the reception is a bit cold and you have to ask for each information by yourself Like where and when is breakfast etc. But when its comes to Check Out they will Phone you 10 minutes to early to remind you.....

Bed was comfy and the rooms spacious. Hotel is good situated in the near of the jettys and with a short walk you are in the city. The service in Restaurant is caring, breakfast is okayish, Not the badest and with a lot of variety, so everybody should find something

No options for drinks when the restaurant was closed, which was for most of the day.

Right near the old part of Georgetown, but not noisy at all. The parking building is right behind the hotel and blocks any road noise. Comfortable, clean room.

I really can't think of anything not to like. I guess if there's anything, I booked without breakfast but on the one day I chose to east in the restaurant, I couldn't put breakfast on my bill - I had to go to reception to pre-pay before I could go in. A bit unusual and not really too serious but that could be smoothed out.

If you're looking for swanky 5 star luxury - this isn't for you, if you're looking for unassuming and livable luxury. it's ideal. The hotel has a delightful local flavour without being bland and faceless like so many of the big chains. It's in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the main sites in Georgetown. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would certainly (and probably will) go back.

Toiletries given are mediocre. hotel has no pool or gym or other facilities, but it serves the purpose for comfortable night rest and go out the whole day for exploring. If you're looking to enjoy the hotel and its facitlities, then this is not a suitable hotel for you. There's only one chair in the room. So if you want to buy back some food or snacks to eat, have to sit on the bed, which then will dirty the bed. Hotel should consider putting another smaller stool and coffee table. there's a big empty space next to the king bed.

Location is v central to street arts and Lebuh Chulia, Armenian Street. Rain shower v strong and comfortable. Bed is comfortable. Car park is convenient and free (need to validate touch n go with reception). Room size and toilet size is pretty good. Housekeeping daily and it's really clean. Up to Japanese standard. There's a station for CAT bus (free shuttle around Georgetown) about 3 min walk away. Further down is the famous Ali Nasi Lemak Bungkus about 5 min walk from hotel. About 10 min walk to Fort Cornwallis and the Esplanade. Hotel is also at a quiet part of Georgetown but still very central. Really worth the money. Didn't have any breakfast there - the whole point of Penang is to go out early enjoy the local breakfast places there! Penang Hill is 20 min drive.

Pillows were rather hard. The bed was not comfy and the restaurant across the road has a musician in their courtyard until late at night. It was loud when trying to sleep

Location is excellent for walking around Georgetown. The check in was quick and efficient.
